Welcome to our charming two-story residence, blending comfort with convenience. The ground floor unfurls a bright, fully-equipped kitchen where meal preparations become joyous. Adjacent, a cozy living room awaits, outfitted with HD TV, Chromecast and Netflix, perfect for unwinding post-business agendas.

Step outside through the living room onto a covered terrace, a serene retreat overlooking a lush lawn, ideal for a friendly game or peaceful relaxation.

Five inviting bedrooms are spread across three levels. The lower level features two cozy rooms, including one bedroom in the basement (not shown in the pictures), along with a modern, tiled bathroom. Upstairs, two more bedrooms are found, one boasting a comfortable double bed and a quaint, additional toilet
