The Space:
Master bedroom has a king size bed and desk for those who need to work from home! Just off the master is a HUGE walk in closet with tons of space and plenty of built in storage.

There is an office space that has a desk and twin size day bed.

Kitchen: recently updated with gas stove, dishwasher, stainless steal appliances and huge kitchen island. Stocked with enough pots, pans, dishes, and glassware you need to whip up a gourmet meal!

Dining space has seating for six for enjoying your home cooked meals after a day exploring Boston.

Living room: there is a queen size bed, plus a large couch, for relaxing. Large TV with streaming capabilities for enjoying app likes Amazon and Netflix.

Two large bathrooms, one with double vanity and shower and the other with single vanity and a stand up shower and spa like rain shower head.

Central heat and central AC. The entire building either has the heat or the ac on so both are not on at the same time. During some transitional months the oppoosite of your desired setting may be one.

In-home laundry & FAST wifi round out this perfect Boston Gem.

Guest Access:

Don't worry about accidental damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee of up to $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property, including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800, will be covered at no charge to you as long as the damage is reported to your host before you depart. Pets: Damage caused by pets is not covered by the accidental damage waiver.
