Clean, cozy and comfortable!
Loved our stay here. Place looked even better in person. Very clean and supplies were well stocked. The beds were super comfortable and the house is just adorable. We had a short weekend for a family event and it was so nice to come back to a comfortable and cozy place. Everything was easy to find I didn’t even need to contact the host during our stay. Place is right in the middle of everything, places to eat and nearby convenience store just a walk away. Highly recommend this place!

Wonderful property. Very comfortable and spacious. Lots of special touches. Beds and bedding extremely nice. Property was completely renovated and tasteful. Parking in back was a bonus. Location convenient to getting around the Boston area.

Perfect for what we needed
We needed to stay close to Franklin Park for a cross country meet and so picked this property entirely based on location/proximity to the park. We were delighted to find that not only was it convenient, but that the property was beautiful, clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked with amenities that displayed close attention to guest comfort. We wish we could have stayed longer!!

Great stay
We came out from Denver and had an amazing time in Boston — the apartment itself was perfect. Location was a good driving distance from everything we wanted to see and do, but the neighborhood itself was not the best. Definitely didn’t feel safe going for walks or down to the bodega, especially at night. Everything else was great and I would recommend this stay for anyone, but just be aware of the neighborhood if you are not from Boston and wouldn’t have any idea. To be clear, at no time did we feel unsafe at the apartment, it was just the neighborhood itself.

Great stay in Boston
This is a lovely property. However, please be aware that it is on the top floor so you will have to climb four sets of steps which is not easy if you have heavy luggage. We did walk to the Talbot station early in the day and it was a brisk 15 minute walk. There is no Charlie Card machine there nor do any local businesses sell them but luckily they did not check for a ticket either time we used the train into downtown. Have never stayed at a VRBO with so many amenities - four bottles of water, multiple rolls of toilet paper, small basket of personal hygiene products and full bottles of hand soap. Very much appreciated. Home is very spacious and comfortable.

Great place to stay in Boston
The suite has been beautifully renovated. We stayed with six adult people and it was well-suited for that. The host is wonderful and caring. We would certainly stay there again if in Boston. Only hesitation is that it is a bit far from downtown.

Great place
This place was great looks exactly like the pictures posted. The only thing I would recommend is allowing for parking behind the house. There were a lot of cars racing down the street which makes it dangerous for children getting in and out of the cars. I would stay there again! Thank you!

Diana was very attentive to our needs and quick to respond to messages. The apartment itself is SO cute with nice neighbors within the building. We spent most of our days out and about exploring Boston, so the neighborhood wasn’t a huge issue for us. I would recommend this place or stay again myself if I was back in Boston!

The property was exactly how it looked in the pics. The beds were very comfy and the master shower is very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner. The welcome sign was a nice personal touch! One suggestion is hangers, we like to unpack when we travel. Other suggestion would be TV’s in the bedrooms. Very cute property, thank you for having us!

The place is beautiful, clean and comfortable. Hostess was great and responsive! Loved the place. Just know that there are buses to take you to the subway. You will have an experience getting to downtown Boston. Loved the place.

Beautiful apartment, location meh
We were very nervous driving through this neighborhood on what to expect when getting to the apartment. It is one of the cleanest, nicest, most well appointed places we have stayed at in all our many travels. I li e that the stairs are inside the building and felt like I was salarying in a display model apartment vs a vrbo. Every inch is nicely appointed, beds comfortable, super clean and just was very responsive when asking about food the first night. Everything is about a 30-40 minute drive, which I didn’t mind at all, but super easy to navigate. My only complaint is the neighborhood and accompanying noise. On vacation I like going for strolls/runs in the neighborhood, but didn’t feel at all comfortable going anywhere outside the apartment except to my car. Even more so is the ever present noise. All the time from the outside. It seems like so many people like cats without mufflers and lots of sirens all hours if the day and night. I know it’s city living and nothing at all the hosts can control. But it is something for light sleepers to be aware of. But for larger groups (or a family of 5 where kids like their own space), this space worked. If you don’t mind driving to everywhere it works.

The property was clean and just as pictured! Very roomy for 4 adults and 4 teens! The street is a little noisy but the beds are VERY comfy especially after walking miles around the city! The commute was simple via UBER. Diana was amazing and quick to respond! She also gave us a heads up to construction that was happening during our stay!

Boston Adventure
We vacationed in Boston as Fenway was our MLB destination for this year. We have two adult sons, so we decided to do a VRBO rather than hotel. Wow! This apartment was amazing. It was spacious, clean, and welcoming. Diana had a little sign welcoming my family as well as snacks. It was great to come home from a long day of adventures and be able to spread out and relax. Our first morning there I couldn’t get into the VRBO app to found out how to lock the doors…Diana was readily available to answer my question. She was great about getting back to me on everything!! While the neighborhood was quiet and uneventful, I had reservations about walking around after dark, so we relied on Uber and Lyft to go everywhere. It was anywhere between 15 and 25 minutes to reach our destinations. Would I stay there again? Absolutely!! Diana’s home is beautiful and just what I envisioned when I booked it! Thank you, Diana.

Beautiful apartment, updated tastefully, perfect amount of space for our family of 4, grandparents and aunt. Fully equipped nice kitchen for cooking some meals. Huge TV and comfortable open common room. Bathroom and showers were great. Didn’t mind walking up 3 flights of stairs. The neighborhood is not ideal for walking around despite the park across the street, but the location is central to downtown, colleges and many areas to visit. Diana was a great host and very responsive. We definitely recommend and would stay again in the future!

Wonderful fresh clean space!
We stayed in the top apartment, two nights for our first visit to the Boston area. Diana’s place was immaculate and fresh with everything you could ask for. Everything was clean, updated and new. Beds were clean and very comfy, so much space here it just kept going! The neighborhood was centrally located and parking was a breeze. The area can make you nervous with its surroundings but the people were all very kind and we didn’t have a single issue with safety or feeling uneasy. Highly recommend using Diana as a host and staying at this property!! Would return in a heartbeat! Thank you!
