This newly renovated apartment features all modern amenities. Open concept living at its finest. Three adequately sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. Relax and/or have your morning coffee on the front porch. Two of the bedrooms are centered by a modern bathroom while the main bedroom will allow you to release the days stresses in its en-suite steam shower. The kitchen is beautifully designed with ample space at the quartz topped center island. This unit is our latest and best designed. Close to public transportation, highway access, and many of Boston's reputable hospitals. Not to mention less than ten minutes from airport and the center of Boston and all its attractions.

Beautiful Home

We had a lovely time at Perrin Place. The home was pristine and had everything we needed. It was close enough to everything for us to easily Uber everywhere. Communication wasn't always responsive - I had to write 2 times to adjust my dates and the cost wasn't updated when I changed my dates, but I think those are VRBO issues not all on the owner.I would stay at Perrin place again. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Beautiful home in Roxbury

This house has almost everything you need for a perfect stay in Boston. It's huge, with 3 large bedrooms and two lovely bathrooms. Plenty of kitchen space with all the necessary equipment. The main thing missing is coffee- there's a kettle and a Keurig, but no pods or French Press (unless you're the next couple of first to stay, as we left the pods we didn't use). We had both brought ground coffee with us but there was no way to brew it and there were no Keurig pods in the house. Not a deal breaker, but just something to know before you go. We had a plumbing issue while we were there and the owners got back to me quickly to help us fix it.

Wonderful Property!!

This was the perfect location for lifelong friends from four states to gather! Close to all the major attractions in Boston. The condo is clean, modern and inviting. The beds are very comfortable and the steam shower was awesome! We had three cars and there was always street parking right in front. The kitchen had everything we needed except a cutting board. I highly recommend this property!!

This is a great property. One thing to be prepared for, though, is the winding flight of stairs when you enter the door. Other than dragging my suitcase up those, our stay was perfect.

Modern condo

We loved the unit 3 condo. It had a very minimalist feel to it. The kitchen had most of what we needed. As we drove to the street I was a bit worried about the neighborhood of the near by streets. I would not have been comfortable walking the neighborhoods. But the street, Perrin Place, was not an issue and the houses were nice and being renovated on Perrin Place. Thank you for a nice stay.

The house itself is great, spacious and modern - everything you would want really and close to downtown Boston at a good price. The house itself was safe and the local street was safe but we were advised not to wander around the neighbourhood. Short trips during the day were fine and a walk to the local train station was fine. One evening out for dinner at a local fast food venue, we were greeted by a man asking for food and the place seemed volatile/disorganised. You will likely want to find entertainment/food elsewhere. Driving into the property at night through south Boston is an eye opener, many homeless and visible drug taking - I only mention it as I expect most who stay here will likely experience it at least once. So if you need a nice place to stay and plan to uber around then I would still recommend the place for the price.

Family visit

This is our go to every time we visit our daughter. This house is immaculate, beautiful, spacious-I could live here. This house is 15 mins from downtown Boston, with easy access to highways etc. We always rent a car, and have never had a problem parking right in front of the house. And the steam shower? Heaven!

The perfect place!

From start to finish we couldn’t have been happier. We had a few questions for the owner prior to our getaway, and he was very quick in answering our questions as well well as being very considerate. The place is beautiful, with a ton of attention to detail in all its decor and design. We would definitely highly recommend this place for someone looking to get away to Boston.

Fantastic Property

Great spot

Lovely property, minimalistic and appreciated. Would stay again. Couple of things for future guests, off-street parking, we were unaware at first. Owner kindly informed us. Also, if you have any sensitivity to fabric perfumed laundry detergent, all bedding and towels are heavily perfumed, bring your own clear and free detergent, theirs is locked up, but it wasn’t when we first got there. Also, I would consider bringing your own pillow. Place was great, highly recommended and definitely a 5-really almost perfect property which would be a 5+, no one is perfect.

Four night stay

We had 5 adults for a four night stay and we all fit comfortably. The place was clean and nicely done. The neighborhood was not the best, but we never felt unsafe. It's only about 10-15 mins. to downtown Boston. Not much in the immediate neighborhood though, if you need something from the grocery store. The host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

Weekend in Boston

Property was perfect for me, my husband and 2 other couples. Parking right in front of the house which is not the norm for Boston. The house was spacious and had all we needed. We used Uber to get back and forth to the City for a historic bus tour and dinner Saturday then took in a Red Sox game on Sunday. I would definitely recommend this property and might just book again for another time.

Nice house with easy access to everything Boston

Overall the house was set up very nicely. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed. The only issues were the televisions if you are not tech savy. It seems either updates need to be done or apps needed to be removed. Only issue with the listing is there is no driveway parking. I spoke with a tenant who was very pleasant and explained this to me. Overall a great experience

Better than any hotel!

A friend and I, along with our daughters, met for a long weekend in Boston. I booked this property mostly for size and proximity. BUT, when we arrived in the apartment, we were giddy! This space is BEAUTIFUL! So clean and bright-we absolutely loved it! It was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go, parking available right in front of the house every time we came back, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The entire rental process was flawless from start to finish. I would absolutely stay here again, and likely will, as my daughter is at Northeastern and we’re in the area often. Thanks for a memorable visit!

Loved it

From the moment of check in to check out everything was just easy. The house is in a neighborhood just righ outside of Boston, but the ease of Uber and Lyft didn't take us longer than 6 min to wait on one of the rideshares. It's not far from the main area of Boston for tourists so this was the perfect stay for us especially taveling to the Red Socks and Yankees game. I would highly recommend this house and did I mention how beautiful and clean the home is. Absolutely magnificent!!! Would definitely stay here again. If I could give any feedback to the owner would be outside patio furniture on the deck, but other than that a home well done!!!!

Visit for Northeastern Commencement

Property was great. Plenty of room for 5 adults. We were a little concerned in advance about the proximity of on-street parking but it proved to be no problem. There was always a spot near the house across 4 days/3 nights. Lots of good Dominican restaurants nearby for takeout. We’d stay there again.
