Located in Brackley Beach, PEI, this cottage is 15 minutes from Charlottetown, PEI's capital. A spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 bath cottage that includes laundry and a large living area. The property has a beautiful water view and is located on the North Shore, just seconds away from Brackley Beach National Park( beach pass included). There are many attractions and activities close by including beaches, golf courses, walking/biking trails, deep sea fishing, and numerous restaurants featuring delicious PEI culinary cuisine.

Incredible Cottage
This cottage is in an amazing setting with beautiful views. The house was immaculate, beds were comfortable, all rooms were very comfortable. We were treated with a welcome tray with cheeses, etc which was so appreciated. We loved the location and the peacefulness and beauty of the area and looked forward to coming "home" each night!

PEI Perfection!
This home was located just 3 minutes from the beach & provincial park, 20 mins from Charlottetown and 20 mins to all of the Anne of Green Gables locations, but we felt like we had the entire island to ourselves in this quiet cottage. The deck views were spectacular and the house itself was incredibly comfortable. Don’t miss this hidden gem!!

Heaven On The Island
This property is fabulous!! Our family of two adults and two kids had a wonderful stay in Julie and Steve’s place. The cottage is cozy yet with room enough for all. The property and views are spectacular! It is close enough to all the fun of the island while being tucked away from all the business. Having access to the national park was a huge plus for us! We will definitely be back!

Such a Wonderful Find! →
We came to the island for the first time not knowing what to expect. We were BLOWN AWAY, by PEI. First of all, Julie and Steven, you opened your beautiful home to us. Where do we start, your accommodations were amazing! The beautiful views, comfy beds, spacious dining areas and very clean and upkept property made this visit so special. You truly have outdone yourselves in order to keep us so comfortable. Our day trips to the different areas of the island were amazing, there were too many great spots to name them all. Our evenings back at your places allowed us the chance to kick back on the deck, or around the fire, and chat about all of the incredible things we did and saw that day...all of which were just so inviting. We especially enjoyed Richard’s Lobster Rolls and of course, the local tradition of going to New Glasgow Lobster Suppers, and the many local shops we happened to wander upon. We came to the island to learn a little, and to experience where our son-in-law grew up. We can now fully understand his love for the island, and why he comes back (with his wife, our daughter, and their family year after year). We can only hope that we can return to your beautiful home again, one day in the future. Thank you again for providing us with everything we needed to enjoy our experience of a lifetime!!! Everything was 5 star!!! We leave here with smiles on our faces, sand on our feet and joy in our hearts. Until we meet again PEI, The Drouillard Family

Lovely Bayside Home away from home
Really great location. One mile from the National Park Beach. Great walking, biking and access to the beach. House is comfortable but not fancy. One shower and a tub. No dishwasher but everything you need in the kitchen. Nice dining area, comfortable kitchen. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds.

Absolutely Perfect
The cottage itself surpassed the pictures. The place was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms had everything (including extra towels!), the furniture was comfy, and the outdoor amenities (porch, grill, gazebo, and firepit) were exceptional. All of us, including the 2month old baby, enjoyed our stay. Watching the sun rise on the lake, going for an early morning run through the serene neighborhood, and listening to the birds singing in the mornings was just the restful vacation downtime we needed. The central location meant that the entire island was easily accessible. The thoughtfully appointed kitchen meant that we saved quite a bit of time and money by making our own breakfast before setting out for the day. There was a tiny problem with one of the smoke alarms, and both Julie and Steven responded immediately to our message and took care of it ASAP. We made a lot of great memories here, and I got MAJOR cool points from my family for finding this place. The worst part of the whole experience was that we had to leave at the end. My husband even said the magic words, "I could retire in a place like this!"

Peaceful paradise
It's not often that I have stayed at a place that was better in person than I had imagined it would be. Julie's place was one of these few gems. Situated on an absolutely gorgeous lot overlooking the water, you can wake up to a view in the morning, and sit by the fire at night. With Charlottetown and Cavendish 25ish minutes away, nothing feels too far. Great location near beautiful beaches. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with things like beach towels, bug spray, basic dishes and cookware saran wrap, salt, pepper. If we have the chance, we would love to return to this home, next time, with the kids.

We had a great time. The cottage was clean, and in a great area. I would recommend a small step for the queen bed; my wife is short and struggled to get n. I thought it was hilarious. Looking forward to next year. Highly recommend the cottage. Owners are exceptionally nice.

Hello, We went to Brackley Beach cottage from July 2nd till 9th of 2022 and we LOVED it ! From the cleanliness to the welcoming and attention to details in the cottage. All were up to my and family expectations for our one week stay. We everything we needed, comfortable beds, big window's with a view on the bay, big balcony for the risen sun in the morning, proximity to the beach, fire place outside and a lot of options nearby ( Cavendish, North Rustico, Charlottetown ) all within 20 minutes ride. You must try Richard's seafood for lobster roll, only a few minutes away. We were just sad to leave and expect to return next year. Thanks to Julie for everything, 5 stars !

Wonderful, beautiful Brackley Beach haven
10/10 could not have imagined a more perfect vacation and cottage. From the moment we walked in the front door we felt right at home. Clean, organized and everything you would want in a cottage rental - every detail thought of. The location is 10/10. A quick two minute drive to Brackley Beach where we spent our days building sandcastles and swimming in the gorgeous ocean. While the days were hot, hot, the cottage was cool upon our return each evening. With the windows open the cross-breeze was heavenly! BBQ and fire pit (with lots of chopped wood and marshmellow roasting sticks) were put to great use. The views from the deck were breathtaking - we’d often sit out in the evenings sipping an island blueberry beer and watching the kids (8 and 6) run around the gorgeous property. Everyone slept well in the super comfortable beds and crisp cool sheets! Each day was more beautiful than the last. We never wanted to leave. We’ve been renting cottages on the island for the more than a decade and this was far and away the best one yet! Julie & Steven - thank you for being the best hosts!! We can’t wait to come back next summer and for years to come.
