Interior Designed for easy days and restful nights, the main living area flows from the fully stocked kitchen to the dining space and living room. Stainless appliances and a Margaritaville blender/drink maker invite simple meals and a little fun. The living room opens to the large screened porch, expanding your space for conversation and evening breezes.

Layout Overview - Entry Level (3rd Floor): Open kitchen, dining (table for four + island seating), living room, screened porch, primary king suite with en-suite bath, second king bedroom with nearby full bath, laundry closet.
Outdoor Living Breathe in the salt air from the screened-in porchâa peaceful perch for coffee at sunrise or a relaxed evening wind-down. Downstairs, the community heated pool, kid-friendly playground, gas grills, and picnic areas make it easy to spend the day close to home. With marina access on property, boaters can arrange wet/dry storage (through the marina) and head straight for the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf.
Kitchen & Dining - Appliances: Stove with double oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice & water, blender, toaster, and Margaritaville blender - Coffee: 12-cup coffeemaker - Essentials: Cookware, utensils, serveware for relaxed meals at home - Dine indoors or carry plates to the screened porch for an easy, open-air meal.
Additional Amenities - Beach day ready: Beach chairs, beach cart, umbrella, and beach towels - Connectivity & Comfort: High-speed Wi-Fi, cable TV, Sonos, central A/C and heat, linens and towels provided, hair dryer, iron/ironing board - Bikes for Guest Use: Provided as a complimentary convenience. Please ride responsibly, lock and store indoors when not in use, and note that immediate repairs or alternate transportation can't be guaranteed if a flat or mechanical issue occurs. Pets are welcome with prior approval, provided they meet our pet policy guidelines. We allow a maximum of two pets, each weighing under 65 lbs. A pet fee applies based on the length of your stay: $100 for stays under 4 days, $200 for stays of 4-14 days, and $400 for stays of 15+ days, per pet.
Booking & Fee Policy Include all guests and pets in your reservation request for accurate pricing. Additional fees apply for extra occupancy (over 2 guests per bedroom) or undeclared pets.
Optional Services (subject to approval) Early check-in/late departure, elevator access, and mid-stay cleaning for stays of 28+ days. Fees for approved add-ons are collected after booking.
Reservations & Guest Requirements Most stays are 7 nights, SaturdayâSaturday, though flexible dates may be available outside peak/holiday weeksâconfirm before booking, as changes are not always possible afterward. Guests must be 25+, provide valid ID, and remain for the full stay. Standard occupancy is 2 per bedroom; extra guests are $25/person/night up to the maximum allowed.
Quiet Hours 10 PMâ8 AM. Maintain reasonable noise at all times to respect neighbors; excessive noise is not permitted.
Cleaning & Linens Home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays. Starter amenities provided; daily service available for a fee. Stays of 28+ days require a mid-stay clean. Linens/towels are commercially laundered through our Professional Linen Program; no extra sets stored onsite.
Golf Cart Rentals Explore the island with ease! After booking, reserve a golf cart through our sister company, Once Upon A Beach Carts, and enjoy an exclusive discount available only to our vacation rental guests.
Pool & Spa Pool heated year-round to 82â85°F; heating may be affected by cooler weather. Heaters/filters off during quiet hours (10 PMâ8 AM). Spa, if available, is part of the pool, seasonal, not a commercial hot tub, and may be unavailable in summer. Guests may not adjust equipment; violations may result in fines or damages.
Property Security Exterior cameras may monitor entries, driveways, pool equipment, and backyard access for security, deliveries, and occupancy compliance. Cameras do not face private areas.

Payment Schedule Deposit - Reservations up to 20 days: 50% of total amount due at time of booking. Remaining Balance - Reservations up to 20 days: Remaining 50% due 30 days prior to check-in.
Cancellation Policy For Reservations of 20 Days or Less - More than 30 days before arrival: Full refund of deposit (including taxes) minus non-refundable booking administration fee. - 14â29 days before arrival: Refund of 50% of total rental, fees, and taxes, minus non-refundable booking administration fee. - Less than 14 days before arrival: Refunds only for base rental rate, fees, and taxes for nights we are able to rebook, minus non-refundable booking administration fee. - Please note: While we make every effort to rebook, we cannot guarantee the same rate or number of nights. For any nights that cannot be re-rented, as well as for non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures, or alterations resulting in lost revenue, no refunds or price adjustments will be made.
Travel Insurance CSA Travel Insurance is available to U.S. guests (except NY and HI residents) and is strongly encouraged to protect your trip from unforeseen events. No refunds are given for COVID-19, weather, or beach conditions outside our cancellation policy. Hurricane season runs June 1âNov 30; insurance can safeguard your plans. In the event of a mandatory evacuation, home unavailability, or government order halting vacation rentals, guests receive a full refund of base rate, applicable fees (minus booking fee), and taxes.
Additional Terms No refunds for events beyond our control (weather, red tide, travel issues, etc.). Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the registered guestâphone/text not accepted.

First time to the area from NC. Drive was long but so worth it!! The condo is beautiful, love the decorating. Everyone was so nice that we spoke to. Nice and quiet in the evenings too. Definitely would stay here again!
Absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and well appointed condo and community! The location was perfect for our family (husband, wife, two sons 13 &10) - close to Anna Maria and close to family in Bradenton. Thank you for a wonderful, holiday vacation!
This condo was great- kids loved the pool and the marina area was fun to walk around. Book early if you want to do things like dolphin boat tours, parasail, they book up fast! the house was very clean, kitchen limited on things so light cooking. They replaced a non functioning coffee pot in a day so quick response! Screened in porch was a great spot to sit and eat! Only 10 min or less drive to the island. I didn't think a gold cart was necessary. Beach parking is hard to find so arrive early. Highly recommend this property!
We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The condo was well stocked, very clean and a delightful place to stay. The beach chairs and umbrella were great to have, too. Just a short drive over to Anna Maria Island - where we found great beaches, coffee shops and restaurants!
This is a beautifully appointed condo. It is comfortable spacious and we felt right at home. A month at Margaritaville is not enough! The only thing I would change is extending my stay!
After we lost our month long rental due to the hurricane we stitched together a few properties and this was the last.
Property was immaculate and clean as can be . Would not hesitate to return as the community is safe and gorgeous.
Itâs a Jimmy Buffet themed resort so it comes equipped with a customs Maragaritaville blender and such.
We had arranged for early check in and the lock code had not been entered but a quick phone call resolved that issue as this itâs keyless entry with a Bluetooth lock so the agent updated the code from the phone.
Storage area was too small for my paddle board but community is secure and gated so I wasnât concerned with leaving my board out (it was fine) and the storage had plenty of beach supplies that we put to use.

Property Great!! Bedrooms on opposite sides of condo great design. Screened in sun porch awesome as well.....one recommendation for AMI....rent a golf cart!!!!...we booked too late to get one....thanks again
