Bring up your bikes and hit the Cuyuna trails, explore Paul Bunyan Land, take the kayak out on the lake, swim off the dock, relax on the deck, bring your boat and go fishing-the options are endless. Our home offers 3 bedrooms, a full bath and laundry on the lower level. Upstairs is a large open kitchen/dining/living room with a 1/2 bath. The french doors lead from the living room to the oversized deck and grilling area. Take the walkway off the deck to the steps and head down to the lake. Enjoy swimming off the brand new 30' dock with 12'x10' patio (little to no weeds!), access to our double kayak, paddle board and lily pad available upon request. Bring your boat and launch it just down the road at the public boat launch (you can tie it to the dock as well). Watch the sunset over the lake from the newly built deck and relax in the hot tub or sit by the fire watching the stars.15 minutes to Crosby (Cuyuna trails bike trails/scenic lookout), 20 minutes to downtown Brainerd, 7 minutes to Paul Bunyan Land, 15 minutes to Mille Lacs lake.
