Breckenridge Condo; Two Private Balconies; Master w/King Bed, Walk to Lifts

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 7 with a king bed, a twin-over queen bunk bed, and a sleeper sofa. It features two private balconies and a private laundry. Granite countertops in the kitchen and radiant floor heating. Just a few minutes walk to the Snowflake lift or to the heart of downtown Breckenridge. You can also grab a bus with a stop conveniently located on either side of Four O'clock Road. Pine Ridge amenities include two hot tubs. This vacation rental comes with one dedicated parking spot, that is the only parking that is guaranteed.

This second floor walk-up has an entryway with mounted hooks, a closet, and a storage bench for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The spacious living area features ample furniture, a large flat screen TV, hardwood floors, and a gas fireplace. The sofa pulls out into a bed. Extra sheets and blankets are in a closet. The private balcony is just through out the door where you can enjoy the alpine air.

The full-sized kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops. The dining area comfortably seats six. The first of two full bathrooms is near the living area. It features a shower/tub combination and a single sink vanity. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The master bedroom features a king-sized bed, a private balcony, and a sitting area. The en suite bathroom has a single sink vanity and a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a flat screen TV.

**This property requires a minimum of 2 nights to be reserved. If you reserve less than 2 nights you will be contacted and required to either lengthen your stay or cancel your reservation.

Spacious condo, great for families
This is a very nice condo, with two separate bedrooms and plenty of space for a family to spread out. The condo is mostly updated with a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable seating area. The decks are on the small side, but nice for enjoying your morning coffee. It’s a nice, short walk into town and the grounds of the complex are lovely. Our only complaint was the master shower and toilet are a little dingy and need a bit of maintenance. We’d definitely stay again!

Not Optimal, But Fine
To me, the check-in process related to parking passes is extremely silly. You can’t check in until 4:30, and you are supposed to pick up a parking pass at the main office no later than 5:00? Makes no sense. Just have the parking passes in the unit so guests have it right there upon arrival. Better yet, ask for car make, model and plate # during reservations and have a database of approved vehicles. In any event, I believe there is a better way… As far as the place itself, one must be cool with dark brown, because the decor has a lot of it. And the lighting isn’t all that great, so if window coverings are closed, it is quite a dark place. In fact, the kitchen could definitely use some under cabinet lighting. There is also a bit of a lack of side tables for beverages next to some of the seating. In addition, the appliances are dated (microwave is a bit wonky), there is a broken door latch on the master balcony screen door, and the caulk in the master shower is coming off. So those things taken together, although far from disastrous, do detract from the feel and functionality of the place. Having said all that, the place is certainly workable, and the location is good. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it, but I also wouldn’t advise anyone not to stay here. It’s fine.

Amazing condo & location!
We had a wonderful time and we were so grateful for the well stocked, maintained, and comfortable accommodations. The management company was on top of communication and we never had a single issue as all the directions were clear and very detailed. The location is awesome! Walked to the chairlift and to town in less than 5 minutes! This condo is actually very roomy and the layout never made us feel cramped. The kids kept asking to stay longer!!! We will definitely look for this condo again when booking in Breckenridge. Thank you!

Lock box code texted to me did not work. It was difficult to find a live person to speak with on this issue. We finally got a real person and they ultimately had to give us an emergency code to open. The check in shouldn’t be this clunky and needs to be overhauled.

Great location and perfect for families
Nice clean spacious unit for our family of 5. Great check-in instructions and communication before, during, and after our stay without ever having to talk to anyone (texts and emails). We walked everywhere from the unit- 8 minute walk to Quicksilver lift even with a tired 5 year old. Enjoyed walking downtown for dinner and shopping. We enjoyed our stay. Would stay here again.

Location was perfect for skiing and town access. Condo was as pictured and a perfect size for our family of four. Washer and dryer need replaced. Two loads of laundry were covered in lint. I notified property manager regarding the washer/dryer with no reply. Bathroom fan extremely load and clunky. Master bath shower clogged on last day for no apparent reason.

Perfect for Our Family of Four
We absolutely loved this condo! For the first part of our stay, our upstairs neighbors partied into the wee hours but we just put in ear plugs. The space was really roomy and very well appointed. Although we drove to the gondola daily and Main Street most nights, we didn’t need to. The shuttle stop is right across the street and Main Street is a short walk. We loved having a ski locker and private washer/dryer (very helpful!). The heated bathroom floors were very nice to have, too. We would definitely rent this unit again. Our family had a great vacation - thank you!

Had a wonderful stay. Property was neat and clean. The location was excellent. It was in walking distance to the Main Street and some local hiking trails. Our trip happened to coincide with the local Octoberfest. Although the town was busy with music and festivities, the condo was surprisingly quiet. We did have some difficulty parking by our unit due to the influx of people during the Octoberfest but that was a minor inconvenience and not a reflection on the condo itself.
