If you are looking for a luxury ski in/ski out family friendly condo, look no further. Nestled at the base of Peak 7 in the picturesque mountain town of Breckenridge, Crystal Peak Lodge is a luxurious hotel, where guests can experience the best of the Rockies. With its ski in/ski out right behind the ski locker door, high-end finishes, unbeatable amenities, inviting atmosphere, and stunning views, Crystal Peak Lodge is the perfect place to relax and recharge, and create unforgettable memories.

Crystal Peak Lodge is a highly desirable property located in the upscale neighborhood right at the base of Peak 7. The Gondola stop is right next to the lodge and the Independence Chair Lift is right behind the building. As our guest, you will have access to not only the slope side hot tubs, but you can also take advantage of all the amenities at One Ski Hill Place. Indoor pool, multiple hot tubs, a bowling alley, a theatre, and a free shuttle service. One Ski Hill Place is at the base of Peak 8, short walk or hop on the gondola. Peak 8 base offers ski school, child care, restaurants and 2 more lifts to take you on the mountain.
Charming historic Main Street with many quint shops and enticing restaurants in downtown Breckenridge. It's easily accessible either via the Gondola or the shuttle. Please do note the Gondola hours it at sole discretion of Vail Resorts, weather permitting and it will generally not run during the slow season like October and May.

This luxury condo with high-end finishes, a gas fireplace, and a large private balcony is ideal for your next family vacation. The condo sleeps up to four adults and two children.

Living Room. Nice living room with a wall-mounted tv with live channels through Dish Network and a cozy gas fireplace. From here, you can access a private balcony that oversees the gondola, valley and mountains. If you are lucky, you can see moose splashing in the runoff reservoir across the street. There are two outdoor chairs to sit down and enjoy the views.

Kitchen. A fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters. Enjoy your delicious meals at the dining table for 4 or right at the kitchen bar.

Master Bedroom. Corner unit with extra window. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity sink, glass shower and a bathtub. There is a wall-mounted TV in the bedroom.

Second Bedroom. A bedroom with a queen-size bed and a custom-built aspen log loft above it. This bedroom also has its own wall-mounted TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower (this bathroom can be entered from the hallway or the door can be locked). The loft features two twin floor mattresses. Please note that the loft is to be used only at your own risk as a steep ladder must be climbed and the ceiling is only 5'5" high. The loft is for kids only.

Washer and Dryer. There is a washer and dryer in the condo.

Parking. The condo comes with free parking for one car. An additional vehicle would need to be parked off-site. The heated, underground garage is great, especially during cold, snowy winter nights.

Internet. Free wi-fi throughout the condo.

Amenities. Watch the skiers from the two outdoor hot tubs or sharpen your skills at the lobby pool table. The lodge's slope-side hot tubs are the perfect place to soak in the mountain views and soothe tired muscles. Grills, and seating areas add to the family enjoyment. On site fitness center will help you keep up with your fitness goals. Ski locker room on the first floor offers direct access to Independence super chair right outside the door. Ski rental shop is right there. A variety of additional amenities such as an indoor pool and hot tubs, bowling alley and movie theater are available to you at our sister lodge, One Ski Hill Place. Some amenities like bowling do require a reservation. If you wish to make a reservation for a massage, full service spa and the closest restaurant are located next door at the timeshare resort.
Peaks Trail is just a short walk away. The beginning of the trail is easy, the trail will take you under the tall trees, enjoy your walk as you breathe in the crisp mountain air.

Private Shuttle. You can use our free, private shuttle on the way to and from the town.

Amazing vacation in Breckenridge!
We really loved this townhome from the mountain views to the beautiful furnishings and stunning fireplace. We enjoyed stargazing on the patio and feeling removed from the city life. A quick drive to Main Street and hikes. We will definitely go back again.

Minutes from the action, but quiet and comfortable
We spent part of our Colorado family vacation here, and it was the most comfortable leg of our trip. The unit was plenty big enough for our two kids and my wife and I. The master bedroom and master bath were huge and had well appointed like the pictures show. When we got home we asked our kids what their favorite part of the trip was, and they both said "the upstairs!", which was how they referred the loft in the second bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals at home. With my sons food allergies we couldn't go out to eat, and had to have a place with a kitchen to make his meals. Everything in the kitchen was high end and worked as expected. There were a few items that we needed clarification on, and Daniel was quick to respond through the Vrbo app. We were staying in late August and the room got pretty warm during the day. Like most Breckenridge accommodations there was no air conditioning. Luckily at night it was quick chilly, so leaving the windows open in the evening helped cool things down quickly. The patio is where I spent a good amount of time reading and star gazing. We could see the Milky Way at night! The kids also loved how easily they could access the BreckConnect gondolas, and we used them often to go downtown and to the other resort. Take advantage of the amenities at One Ski Hill for sure. We spent one morning at the pool there, and also had the bowling alley all to ourselves.

Home away from home
We had such a wonderful stay! As soon as you walk in you knew this was a very clean home. ( and very welcoming ) Everything describe was very accurate. The kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal. The rooms are spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable! The bonus was having the extra cabin bunk up over the guest rooms. Our 9 year old thought that it was really cool! We will definitely come back again soon!

The location of resort was the best! The condo was perfect for my family of 4. It had everything we needed! Loved the balcony, the view was beautiful! Great communication, the directions and all instructions for everything were a breeze! The amenities like the shuttle were such a plus and having the BreckConnect gondola right outside was so nice! Location is the best!
Daniel was very helpful, with great communication on updates throughout checking in/out. The location cannot be beat with proximity of parking, the room, ski lockers and the elevator. Nice rooms and the beds are very comfortable.

Location was wonderful. The property had a lot to offer and was exactly as listed. We used the hot tubs, gym and lockers for our ski equipment. Parking was easy and was heated. Would recommend. We stayed 7 nights and skied 6 days.

Our group of 5 - 3 adults and two kiddos (7 and 4) had a great stay here. You can’t beat the location - literally just a couple of handful of steps from the locker room exit to the Peak 7 lift. The condo was well appointed and exactly as described. The property manager Daniel was excellent as well. Great communication. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The rental unit is adjacent to Peak 7 and about 50 ft from the building's dedicated, tenant ski storage room. Going from your unit to the storage room, where you gather your skis and put on your ski boots, to the Independence Super Chair 50' away couldn't be easier. The lift to Breckenridge town is on an end of the building; however, the lift closes at 5pm so it wasn't very useful for us with our ski-all-day schedule. Parking in the building is indoor and very convenient; however, the layout is friendly for large cars. We had a Ford Explorer that was a challenge to park. The unit itself is spectacular, clean, modern, and functional. Daniel was great at staying in touch with us and providing his number in case of need. Skis can be rented by a store that is integrated in the building but faces outside. It is just outside the building's tenant ski storage area. Again, quite convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

Winter Break 2023
This place is wonderful!! It was perfect for 4 people. The loft allowed my boys to share a room but have separate spaces. There was a welcome bottle of wine and chocolate! Everything was so convenient. The ski lockers are right next door to the rental facility and access to the ski slope is right out the door of the ski lockers. Also, the complementary shuttle allowed access to town at night. The pick-up and drop off reservation was easily managed through an app. We had a great time and definitely will return in the future.

This condo was perfectly located at Peak 7 which included a ski rental location for drop off and pick-up, ski lockers and a restaurant. The novice skiers took the gondola over to peak 8 for green slopes and the advanced skiers were able to ski over. The condo had beautiful views from all widows and we had access to a free shuttle that brought you right to the door of the building. Easy to get to town via gondola, shuttle or Uber. This turned out to be one of the best family vacations thanks to all of the amenities. We would rebook again for sure.

Property was just as advertised. Sits on peak 7. Perfect for any season. Take BreckConnect to town or peak 8. Only used our vehicle to get groceries, eliminating any parking headaches. Would definitely here again.

Everything was as described and the owner was a pleasure to communicate with. Directions during check in and check out were flawless. Garage parking is excellent. If visiting with kids, the loft area will be a favorite. Outside deck faces the east so you get to enjoy sunrises and a nice view of wooded area where multiple Moose were seen. The attention to detail, in the unit, is fantastic even down to the Mikasa dishware. Access to the amenities at nearby sister property One Ski Hill Place are a bonus. Can't say enough good things about the accommodations. Read the other reviews. There is a reason why everyone gives a 5 star.

Great place but slightly cramped
This place is gorgeous! However, if you're a larger sized person, you might want to look elsewhere as the oversized furniture throughout the unit made it a little hard to maneuver. I'm 5' 7" and banged my head several times on various pieces of furniture in the main bedroom. Other than that, it was wonderful -- we'll be back!
