Welcome to our River Mountain Lodge studio condo in an amazing location! You are just steps away from the shops & restaurants on Main Street (1 block away) and two blocks away from the gondola. River Mountain Lodge has great amenities including one garage parking space, exercise room, and an outdoor hot tub and pool. This condo can comfortably accommodate up to four guests and is ideal for guests that want to be in the heart of everything Breckenridge has to offer!
The Space:
Welcome to our studio condo located in the River Mountain Lodge building in the heart of Breckenridge. The condo can accommodate up to four guests with a queen bed and a queen sized pull-out sofa bed. For those looking to stay in and cook, there is a full kitchen with all of the necessary supplies. There is a dining table with seating for four and access to a patio with outdoor seating. The condo has one bathroom that has a shower/tub.
The building has all of the amenities you need for a mountain vacation. There is garage parking for one vehicle, an exercise room, and a shared hot tub and pool. The condo is on the 2nd floor with direct access to the courtyard, which has the hot tub, pool, and fire pit. Lastly, there is a washer and dryer in the condo.
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, which include a workout room, hot tub, pool, and one garage parking space.
The Neighborhood:
The condo is located in the heart of Breck! Main Street is just one block away and the Gondola is two blocks away. In the winter you can ski-in via the 4 o'clock run, change into something more comfortable, and then walk to all the action in minutes. One of the best locations for experiencing Breck!
Getting Around:
The gondola is just 2 blocks away. There is a Purple Route A & B, Grey Route, and Black Route Express bus stop for the Breck Free Ride bus, which takes you to the gondola and different parts of town, right outside the condo building. Uber and Lyft are available as well!
Other Things to Note:
Please note that hot tub, pool and workout room are shared amenities with others.
Front Desks are available for questions related to amenities and directions around the building. The front desk cannot help with check-in, check-out, maintenance, or cleaning-related issues.
KEYCARD & PARKING PASS:
Upon check-out, please message us and confirm that the parking pass was left in the kitchen and the keycards were put back in the lockbox. Unfortunately, we are charged for our parking pass, so there is a $50 fee for each one that is not returned.
Please make sure to return the key to the lockbox, if the keys are not returned to the lockbox at check out, it is a 50$ fee.
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
The outdoor pool and hot tub are available daily from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. Guests have access to the indoor facilities, including a fitness center, pool, hot tub, and sauna, from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
