Mill Lane Cottage, un joli chalet dans une belle campagne, à 6 kilomètres de Bath.

Le chalet Mill Lane est une maison individuelle de plain-pied avec un jardin privé clos orienté plein sud avec une grande terrasse bien exposée et des meubles d'extérieur, profitez des couchers de soleil spectaculaires sur le chalet et d'une vue imprenable sur la campagne environnante.

Cette maison de vacances fait partie de notre ferme familiale et a été construite en 2016, elle est propre et moderne avec une touche de campagne. Stationnement hors rue pour deux voitures.

Le chalet dispose d'une belle chambre double avec l'option d'un petit canapé-lit double dans le salon. Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis. Un lit de voyage et une chaise haute peuvent être fournis sur demande.

La spacieuse cuisine américaine / salon est entièrement équipée avec tout le confort moderne: lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, plaques à induction, four, micro-ondes, bouilloire et grille-pain. La table à manger peut accueillir 4 personnes et profiter de la vue sur la campagne depuis le petit-déjeuner contemporain.

Détendez-vous dans le salon avec une télévision à écran plat de 107 cm, un lecteur DVD et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. La salle de bain moderne dispose d'une douche dans la baignoire, lavabo et toilettes. Chauffage central au gaz complet.

La ville animée de Bath est à une courte distance en voiture (environ 15 minutes), elle est facilement accessible par le Odd Down Park and Ride (5 minutes en voiture toujours). Bath a une gamme de restaurants fabuleux et beaucoup de sites touristiques et d'endroits à visiter.

Apportez vos bottes en caoutchouc et explorez la magnifique campagne environnante avec de nombreuses promenades depuis le chalet, visitez notre pub local à seulement un mile de distance dans le village de Priston qui sert une cuisine fantastique.

Priston Mill, le lieu de mariage toujours populaire, se trouve à quelques minutes à pied à travers le champ ou à un court trajet en taxi (5 minutes). Faire de ce chalet l'endroit idéal et pratique pour séjourner si vous assistez à une réception ici.

Nous avons également un studio à la ferme The Den Mill Lane, Inglesbatch, Bath parfait si vous êtes une fête de mariage ou une famille à la recherche d'un logement plus grand. Nous acceptons les séjours de 1 nuit au Den mais un minimum de 2 nuits à l'âge du chalet.
Lors de votre séjour dans ce cottage, vous ne serez qu'à quelques minutes de marche de Chew Valley. Une cuisine et une TV connectée sont disponibles dans ce cottage.

Great accommodation in lovely location
The accommodation is situated on a farm. It is relatively modern in terms of layout and furnishings, all set out to a good standard. The 'gite' is spacious with well fitted out kitchen and bathroom. There is a washing machine as well as dishwasher which were welcome items in the kitchen. There is a well set-out private garden and patio. You are in a very rural environment, but the park n ride for Bath city centre is only about 2 miles away. Our hosts were very helpful and welcoming as well. All good and highly recommended.

It was okay
Starting off with the good points, the place is well located just outside of Bath but near enough to the park and ride to get into the city quickly. It is rather isolated so finding the property was slightly tricky in the dark but the instructions provided did help. The place was clean and warm on arrival and was a good space for 2 people. The negatives were that it felt like little effort had been put in and that it would only cost a little bit to make the place much nicer (providing coasters, place mats, blankets etc). The bed was also not particularly comfortable which I've seen others mention. Also it would be nice if toiletries like shower gel or shampoo were provided (I realise it doesn't say in the advert that these are provided but it's kind of expected for the price per night being over £100 after all fees are included). Also we were only provided with 4 teabags which is a bit tight when we were staying for 3 nights. There were also a large number of spiders that were in the property on arrival and it seemed like these could have been removed in the cleaning process. Finally, we found it a bit cheeky to pay a cleaning fee and then still be asked to strip the beds and put the bedding in the washing machine! Overall, the place is fine but not worthy of 5* with what is provided and when the price per night is taken into consideration.

The place was hard to find but if we had followed the instruction to the letter we would have found it sooner. It was lovely to be surrounded by animals in a peaceful and quiet environment. The property was ideal for us. So near to Bath yet so far away from the bustle.

Perfect location for Priston Mill events
Property is exactly as it appears and as described. Check in was very simple. I'm not familiar with the area, and there's a lot of unmarked lanes; property owner gives clear directions that you should follow closely. Kitchen was fully equipped; bathing products guest will supply (which may have been clearly stated but I missed it if so). There is a large grocery store not more than 10 min away. I think it would be difficult to stay here without a car (in case you're coming to an event at Priston Mill). Area was quiet; stay was restful. Thank you!

Bring your shampoo!
Very surprised that the basics were not supplied. No shampoo, conditioner or bath gel. One bath towel and one hand towel. One paper towel on the roll in the kitchen. While it is a self service accommodation, generally kitchen basics such as salt, pepper and cooking oil are supplied. The double bed is not the most comfortable but will suffice. The location is difficult to find by cab, and not well supplied by taxi so you would be advised to have a car. The location is great if you want to get away from it all but still be within 15 minutes of Bath. Just pack your shampoo. And salt.

Good parking, good communication regarding the property. The property was spacious enough with all mod cons. Double bed could have been a king size and better quality. Fan could have been useful given the conditions i the heatwave, however we did not ask for one. Smell of the farm was initially a concern for a day or so but this was not consistent throughout the stay. Nice quiet area down narriw rural lanes, shirt walks across fields, good links to Bath. Good overall.

Great location for Bath in particular, as well as Bristol and surrounding areas. Good communication with host and grateful for use of travel cot and high chair. Good space and amenities. Unfortunately our stay coincided with a very hot heat wave and no fan available so we needed to make arrangements to bring our own, but we were advised of this prior to arrival which was helpful for planning.

Calming and restful
Katy was a call/message away and responded very quickly. It was a lovely location for us to rest, visit family and Bath. The cottage is clean and has all mod cons needed as well as WiFi. As the cottage is on the farm it was hard to enjoy the outdoor space as the smell was quite potent at times. We had a lovely walk about in the village, very friendly and even the horses trotted over to say hello.
