-You can rent the boat if you ask separately and have a license. You will also need to sign liability waivers
- The saltwater outdoor Pool gets automatically cleaned and sanitized by a 24/7 system, but sometimes it may get leaves and debris to fall over it if there is a storm in the weather prior to your arrival. So expect that and don't take that as a sign of being dirty.

PLEASE OBEY HOUSE RULES!!!!
Failure to comply will result in the cancellation
1. Guests must vacate the room prior to 11 am of the check-out date unless agreed on otherwise
2. Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the cottage and no sign of Cigarrette butts anywhere on outdoors.
3. Guests must not exceed the maximum occupancy in their reservation or an additional charge of $400/person/day will apply. No visitors allowed unless included in the reservation.

4. Early check-ins must be notified to the host in advance.
5. Please do not throw any garbage in the toilet it may cause blockages that will be fixed at the guest's expanse.
6. No parties. No drugs/Smokes. Realtime sensors in place to detect noise or smokes and report.
7. The garbage collection schedule must be followed. Signs in kitchen.
8. Be respectful of neighbors. No loud noises arund their houses at any time. No yelling, No heavy duty music equipment at all.
9. Return all furniture to their original palce before checkout.
10- if you have excessive garbage bags please take them with you and dump them by Foodland or Independent.
