Inside, you’ll find two king bedrooms with private bathrooms, an upstairs bedroom with a double bed, and a spacious bunkroom that sleeps six. The open floor plan creates a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for gatherings and relaxation. Modern amenities abound, including a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning and heating, smart TVs both indoors and outdoors, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a Keurig Duo coffee pot. The cabin also features practical conveniences like an EV charger, a washer and dryer, and self-check-in with a smart lock for a hassle-free arrival.

As a guest of this cabin, you’ll have access to the brand-new luxury pickleball court, Pickle Bow. Cabin guests receive 2 hours of complimentary court time per day. Additional court time can be purchased for $60 per 2-hour session. Court rentals include free access to pickleball paddles and balls. You'll receive an email from Treeline Vacation Rentals with instructions and a link to reserve your preferred court dates and times at Pickle Bow.

Step outside to enjoy the covered back patio, complete with a gas grill, hot tub, and plenty of seating for outdoor dining and relaxation. Gather around the outdoor firepit in the evenings (don't forget to bring your own firewood), or watch deer visit the feeder set up nearby. With free parking and pet-friendly policies (pets under 25 lbs, with larger breeds upon approval), The Cottage At Cedar Hills ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests, including your furry friends. We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. We allow a 2 pet maximum.

Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of forest.

WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

This property is located off a gravel road. There is a charging station available.
