Peace, quiet, and lots of wildlife!

On the main floor, there is a comfortable queen bed, providing a cozy and relaxing sleeping space. In the loft area, you will find two twin beds, ideal for additional guests or if you prefer separate sleeping arrangements. Please note that the twin beds are fold-up beds, which you will need to unfold before use.

One queen bed on main floor and two twin beds in loft. All beds have heated mattress pads, sheets, pillows, comforters, and extra blankets are provided.

The driveway is gravel and has a steep incline. It is regularly maintained, even durin
WI-FI & TV w Netflix, prime and Hulu. Right on the river, and less than 1/4 to access to a private lake. Grill, firepit, seating, hand washing station, toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker, and essential kitchen items

Please note: there is no running water inside the treehouse!

Bathroom situation:
For convenience, there is porta potty close by. It is pumped weekly by the company and always cleaned & sanitized between guests. There is a hand washing station there as well.

Shower/bathing: My home is on the property, and if requested, you can access a full bathroom that will be dedicated to you during your stay. Shower and bath, with all the essentials located on the upstairs floor.

Please note: the twin loft beds will have all clean bedding and pillows provided. However, you will have to set them up to your liking.

Daughters 21st birthday trip
Sam went above and beyond without me even asking. I had mentioned it was daughter’s birthday and I was so surprised when we got here and there was a banner and balloons for my daughter. Everyone thing one would need is available. We just hung out. Had fires and door dashed food. We wanted a quiet break from our busy lives . The tree house is so cozy. I have never slept so good !! We spent out nights streaming movies for all sorts of platforms .There’s so many things to do near by, but we wanted to ‘be still’. Really relax. And that’s exactly what we did. I literally cannot say enough about Sam. I’ve been to a lot of rentals and she by far is the best host. She cooked us a home made breakfast from a menu of options, was very welcoming and kind. Provided everything we needed and more. And of course there’s good old Max ! Haha. The sweetest dog ever that will just become your dog for the stay if you give him enough lovings . He was one of our favorite parts.

Located very close to 1000’s of acres of state recreation land/public hunting land. The hosts communicated well and provided anything needed for our stay. Max the dog was a very welcoming and friendly part of the stay!

Our stay was highly unusual, we experienced our first tornado there. Our hosts were amazing, they took us in their home and cared for us more than we would expect! Treehouse itself was cozy, comfortable and fun. Sam and Jeff are awesome people, their kids are the coolest and Max the dog is friendly and sweet. This was the cleanest and most sparkly porter potty I ever seen! Just very chill and relaxing place (minus tornado, hahaha). Def recommend!!!

Perfect home away from home
The property was absolutely amazing. Very secluded and we had nothing but privacy. The host Samantha was so kind and provided pretty much everything you could think of. Information about the property was available and very detailed and if we needed anything we could absolutely reach out. So very clean and relaxing and homey.
