Welcome to Hacienda Vista, just northwest of Buena Vista, at the base of Mt. Columbia in the Collegiate Peaks Wilderness Area. Sitting on 40 acres, this three bedroom southwestern ranch style house is perfect for your visit to Buena Vista.

The heart of the house is a great room that combines the dining room, amazing gourmet kitchen and comfortable living room, all in an open concept floor plan. To enjoy the amazing views, there is a great patio with an outdoor kitchen and dining set.

This home offers:
~3 Private Bedrooms
~Satellite TV
~Wireless Internet
~Gas Fireplace in each bedroom
~Propane Grill
~Fully Appointed Kitchen
~4 miles north of the town of Buena Vista
~2, Friendly Dogs are Allowed with associated pet fee
All Pinon homes are "vacation ready" with a fully appointed kitchen, towels and linens. Hand, dish and shower soaps are provided, as well as toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters and laundry soap.

Pinon Vacation Rentals provides guest support from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm.

All guests are responsible for reading Welcome Book “Check-In and Check-Out instructions.

~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to guest.

**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use including large gatherings or parties is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATV's other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.

Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service or interruption of service.

Incredible Views
What an amazing property to stay at. This place is much larger than what you see in the photos. The views around the house are 360 and absolutely stunning. The views of the collegiate peaks from the living room were incredible. From the amazing kitchen and ultra high end appliances to the grotto style shower thats in the master bedroom. It will be a place that you will remember for eternity.

Wonderful Family Wedding
Stayed at the Hacienda Vista for a family wedding in Buena Vista. It was the perfect house for the entire family with enough space for everyone and great common areas to gather together. Had a couple of requests while we were there that were taken care of quickly. The views were amazing and can't wait to return for a family vacation. This is our third stay at the Hacienda Vista property. Beautiful home, well equipped with all the necessary items you may need. Great grilling area and views that can't be beat. The property is well away from surrounding properties allowing for lots of peace and quiet.

Mountain View Hacienda
Have enjoyed the Buena Vista area for over 50 years. One of the most beautiful spots in Colorado. This property has some of the best views of the surrounding mountains of any property we have stayed previously. Beautiful home, tons of space, not many homes nearby and a look forward to renting again in the future.

We had such a nice time at this home. It provided the perfect setting to relax and spend time with family. Lots of space inside the home for privacy, comfortable setting, and the best views we could ask for out of every window! The night sky was one of the greatest parts - shooting stars and the Milky Way in full view. We also got visited by -an herd of antelopes a few mornings!

Great experience
The house was clean and comfortable. Great views from the back patio. It was wonderful having a fenced in large backyard and plenty of space around the house. It felt like you were really getting away from everything. Enjoyed using the grill while looking at the mountains. Would highly recommend going here.

Family get away
The house was beautiful. The kitchen was amazing. We enjoyed preparing our meals together. It was a great getaway. The only 2 items I didn’t like about the property was that there was no access to the garage or pantry. I didn’t have a secure area to store my fishing equipment once we got back to the house and all of our food we brought had to be stored on the countertops. Other than those two items it was a great property.

The Hacienda is numero UNO!
Can't say enough good things about The Hacienda. There are spectacular views of Fourteeners and mountains from every window. This was easily the nicest VRBO rental we have ever stayed in. Spacious, gourmet kitchen, privacy and great deck/patio for relaxing after our outdoor hiking and fishing adventures. We will be back!
