Clean Updated Property
The home was clean and updated. They provided us with more than a started set of tissue, paper towel and trash bags. There was a comfortable amount of space for a family of 4 but the bathroom was a bit small. Kitchen had spices to assist if you are cooking.

Great location
We had everything we needed, beds we absolutely very comfortable and there was plenty of space. The property manager didn’t reply to text messages or emails about a few items in disrepair on our arrival. Nothing that impacted our stay, but communication definitely seemed lacking. We were there for UB Family weekend and the location was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Overpriced for what you get.
The beds were not comfortable, terrible pillows, basic things like paper towels in the kitchen weren’t provided, single ply toilet paper, no mirrors except in a small one in the bathroom, no towels set out and the ones I found smelled musty, no soap was in the shower and when we did find it it was just men’s shower gel,only one light worked in the master bedroom. Couch was super uncomfortable to hang out on and you could only face the tv, not great for conversations.no wine glasses, cracked glasses in cabinet. Over would not recommend unless you want to pay hotel prices for a less than comfortable stay.

We had so much fun. We enjoyed grilling outside, cooking and very near Niagara falls. Neighborhood is quiet only the next door is like always watching us. Not able to talk to the host IDK why? but we had fun! We just had a hard time with one bathroom with 6 people. Otherwise, place is excellent!

Nice locality
It was a good place closer to campus, downtown, and other essential. Cosy place and easy check in process. However, there were a lot of ants and bugs inside the house. Otherwise, good place to stay.

Eclipse trip
My family of 6 stayed at the house to see the eclipse. While the skies of Buffalo did not cooperate as we had hoped, the house provided everything we needed. We would stay here again should we travel back to Buffalo, not that we have much of a choice as our youngest calls the home our “Buffalo house!”

We enjoyed our stay! The house had everything we needed including a coffee pot and AC (which we hadn't been sure about). Our only suggestion would be a safety bar added to the tub for older people (like my 85 year old mom). Close to Niagara and to our family in Lockport.

Amazing!!!
The house was perfect for what we needed. Had some fun things for the kids to play with. Had really nice household items that we didn’t expect like complimentary washing pods and drier sheets. Host was great to let us know it was garbage day and even had the garbage cans brought back up to the house!! Overall great experience

Great Neighborhood
Our cycling team stayed here for the 2 Days of Buffalo bicycle race. Enough beds and couch for everyone. Nice kitchen which was key for feeding our guys proper food for successful race days.

Bad Experiance in NY
While the property was fine, the property owner would not communicate with me directly, I had to leave 2 weeks early due to a coworker coming down with Covid, and the property owner would not even consider a partial refund or a credit that I may or may not have been able to use. As a result my company will no longer allow us to use Vbro for extended stays. I hope Karma gets even with the property owner as I did prefer staying at Vbro properties over Hotels. But that is no longer an option. Thanks

The property was very clean, and fully stocked. It met my needs perfectly being only 15-20 minutes from the GM Engine Plant, yet in a quite neighborhood and no issues with street parking as it has a driveway. Something you cannot assume in the area. Thank you for letting me stay
