The Space:
Casa Encanto by Ronival Vacations is a sleek and full-of-light condo that offers beautiful ocean views from the moment you enter. The condo's fully equipped kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, full-size fridge and all the cookware you might need to prepare amazing meals.

The living room is spacious and cozy, equipped with a smart TV, sofa bed for extra space, and pocket doors that open to the large private balcony. The balcony is fully furnished with; firepit, siting area, bbq grill and dining table. This will be your favorite spot to have your morning coffee, relax and simply enjoy the tranquility of this community while overlooking Cabo San Lucas' Arch and amazing ocean views.

Best Location in Cabo
This is the perfect location to explore Cabo San Lucas and it was very dog friendly which we appreciated very much as we travelled with our pup. There was clear communication with the owner whenever I had any questions and the unit was very clean and was very well equipped. The property is very secure and safe with a friendly staff. The highlight of our stay is the balcony, the views are gorgeous and having a grill is a huge plus! We spent the majority of our stay here at the balcony drinking Coronas and eating lobster and oysters! I have no complaints, I recommend anyone visiting Cabo to stay here!!

Room with a view.
The property is a specious condo in a gated community. From the balcony there is a great view of lands end. Whether eating breakfast on the balcony or drinks at night. Once dinner is over you can sit back and relax in front of the fire pit on the balcony. I've stayed at a lot of VRBO's over the last few years and this one is a great value for the price. Note - if you stay at this property you'll need a rental car. It's close to the marina, the beach, and lots of nice restaurants but none are walkable.

A fabulous getaway
The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The condo was extremely well kept and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Our family had a great time. We were worried about all the spring breakers and noise. You are close to San Lucas without having to deal with those issues. Highly recommend this lovely property. Can't say enough good things about it.

Perfect location to explore Cabo San Lucas
This property was excellent. Clear communication with the owner, the unit was clean and had many extra touches. The property is very secure and safe. The pool area is amazing and quiet. The location is close to Costco and Freska for groceries. 10 mins to all the local beaches. The BBQ area was a real plus and the view was amazing. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Great property!
We had the most wonderful stay at this property. It was as advertised which was refreshing and appreciated. The space is well configured, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen is super well equipped, they WIFI worked great and the balcony...the balcony was everything! To have an outdoor kitchen area and sitting area on the balcony that overlooked the lands end and ocean was the highlight of our stay. The community is incredibly safe and filled with many friendly locals and tourists. It was very dog friendly which we appreciated as we travelled with our pup. The community is also very well manicured and well cared for. We got great use in the gym and certainly the pool as well. There were good restaurants and stores that are in walking distance as long as you don't mind a short walk. The property management and guest services were incredibly responsive and were very quick to respond and correct any of the small things that popped up. We had a fabulous stay and thank the team for being such great hosts!

Great Spot, great view
The Property was great. Unit was very clean and comfortable. The community center had a few amenities that were under construction so were unusable, but didn't diminish the trip. We had a great time and really enjoyed our stay.
