"Bathrooms badly need upgrading. Caulk between some of the tiles need cleaning. Edge of bathroom door has chipped paint. Old style heaters do not work.
Staff were excellent and brought up a space heater for the room.
Sorry - cannot understand the questions that are only in Francais"
