If the hot tub appears to need cleaning at the beginning of your stay, please let us know immediatly. Quiet weekend
Our family had a quiet stay at the beach. We played games and went for walks. The weather was rainy and sunny with views of the mountains. We enjoyed the hot tub and watching for seals.

Crazy beautiful!!
Our stay was amazing. The place was so cute and very comfortable, the view was absolutely fantastic we even saw dolphins in the morning swimming by!!! I would so stay there again and again.

Such a Cozy Gem By the Sea!
What a cute and cozy little getaway right by the waters! You can tell there was a lot of care put into the sea theme decor. The kitchen and bathroom are well stocked and the sheets are very comfy! Communication with the host, Nikki, went smoothly. Our only regret is not being able to take full advantage of the hot tub and patio because of the weather, but still enjoyed the sea views while enjoying our meals inside. Thank you, Nikki!

Wonderful & peaceful stay
We really enjoyed staying at this waterfront cabin. It is decorated with a beach vibe and the owners have thoughtfully provided all that you need for your stay. It was wonderful to hear the waves from the beach cabin. The outdoor jacuzzi was super wonderful, too. We will definitely be back to this wonderful beach cabin.

Perfect friends weekend
We had a perfect weekend in this sweet little cabin. This is a very quiet neighborhood. The houses were closer together than I expected but everyone was friendly. The cabin was clean and everything was as described. Thanks for a great stay!

A wonderful weekend
Such a relaxing weekend. A beautiful beach front spot. The host was communicative, the house had everthing needed and the view, amazing!!! The hot tub was a bonus and the beach front neighborhood is a hidden gem. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend their property.

Lovely Weekend Getaway!
Loved our time at this waterfront house. The atmosphere immediately calms you down and the views are unobstructed and perfect. The road is quiet; very few cars. Communication was easy. Had to reach out on a few things, like check-in code, but owner quickly got back to me and everything was a breeze. Kitchen could have been a bit more well-stocked and I wish there was a washer and dryer, but besides that our stay was a 10! Would absolutely love to return!

Great location, great place, bed and couch very uncomfortable.
Everything was excellent with the only areas for improvement being the master bed was very uncomfortable and the couch was very uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping on the floor which actually was pretty comfortable compared to the couch and bed.

Good and not so good.
Initially when we got to the island we could not get a hold of the property manager and she didn't get back to us until an hour and a half after we were supposed to check in. The house was decorated very nicely and we enjoyed the thoughtfulness of the owners. Unfortunately, the water smelled so strongly of sulfur, rotten egg odor that we tried to use it as little as possible which did put a damper on our weekend. By the second night it was a little better but still not great. I did feel like the pictures did not portray the surroundings accurately, it looks like you're right on the water, but you're really not, there is a road in front of the house with houses right next to you and you have to walk down stairs to get to the beach. It wasn't an issue for us but it just looked different in the pictures. Overall the house was very cute with a lot of details to make you feel comfortable but the water issue and not being able to get a hold of the property manager did put a damper on our weekend.

Relaxing time near the water
Extremely happy with the stay. It was sort of a spur of the moment getaway for the family. I liked that it was near the water (literally across the street) and comfy for the entire family. Kids especially enjoyed sleeping in the bunk bed. Weather was great and getting up early to watch the sunrise was extremely relaxing for me.

We stayed 3 nights at the Seagem property. The accommodations were just as pictured and we were very comfortable and relaxed during our stay. Cooked all 3 nights and found everything we needed, plus sharp knives which often is not the case! Thanks Nikki for offering your property to us!

Nice little cottage for a family of 4
Overall a great location on the water. Nice extras like an outside table and covered pergola. Everything is pretty new, but a little on the economy side (soft bed, kitchen wares, etc). Still an amazing spot on the water with great views. The kids enjoyed swimming in the calm waters and roasting s'mores in the fire pit. The provided wood was great! Thank you for sharing this property with us.

A true gem!
We loved the Sea Gem for a quick weekend away from the Seattle area. The cabin was beautifully decorated and had a fantastic view and access to the beach. All of the neighbors in this community were very friendly and quiet. Although the cabin was small we didn't feel cramped. The only thing I would say is that the bed was a bit uncomfortable, but honestly I didn't want to stay in bed anyway. With such a beautiful location it was easy to get up early and stay up late. Would definately come back!
