Lieber Andreas. Vielen Dank fĂŒr deine grossartige Gastfreundschaft. Auch wenn wir dich leider nicht persönlich kennenlernen durften, so hast du uns perfekt begleitet.Die Location ist genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben, bzw. um einiges besser. Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt, Ă€usserst sauber und so ausgestattet, dass man sich wirklich zu Hause fĂŒhlt. Die KĂŒche funktioniert gut, auch wenn man mal etwas richtiges Kochen will. Dadurch, dass auch viele Leute in der Anlage wirklich wohnen, ist der Tourismus weit weg und es ist alles sehr persönlich. Aussicht weltklasse, Sicherheits- und Unterhaltspersonal sehr freundlich. Die Anlage ist sehr sicher. Pool sauber und gepflegt. Strand sehr schön und sauber. Wir hatten selten eine so gute Betreuung durch den Gastgeber und wĂŒrden sofort wieder bei Andreas buchen.

View is amazing! Andreas was great before the trip to answer all our questions. Property and pool are clean. It a great place to get away. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed to be stocked with all the utensils needed for cooking. Make sure you bring your own coffee, paper towels and anything you would want while your there. A great restaurant is on the beach.Uber and Uber Eats available.

We really enjoyed this condo. The view was outstanding. The pool area was really nice with comfortable lounge chairs and had enough lighting that you could enjoy reading and relaxing late in the day. The beach area was fun the watch the dock area. The restaurant to the south wasn't amazing but nice to have an option on the beach. Great location overall!

I will book again!
What you see is what you get with this property. The apartment itself was equipped with everything that was needed to feel that you are at home while away from home. The security does not play around, they are consistent with ensuring that everyone on the property is supposed to be on there. Andreas not only responded to all of my messages but tge responses were instantaneous. Including the fact that he reached out just to check on me and make sure that I was settled in comfortably. I stayed alone for the first 4 days and the 5th day a friend of mine came, Andreas was great with getting her on the books so that we could enjoy the remaining time in Cancun. The only con is that the bed was hard.

Spectacular view!
From the date we booked this accommodation Andreas was so helpful with any question we had! He always responded promptly and we took much of his advice to enjoy the property and the area to the fullest! It is everything as described. We walked in and opened the blinds to see the beautiful ocean. It was breathtaking! Enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck each day watching the sunrise. Everything you need was in the room and the proximity to shopping and restaurants was perfect. Close to the ferry for a trip to Isla Mujeres. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Wonderful Host and exceptional Pool!
Andreas was a wonderful host! Our check-in was good, we had a bit of trouble finding the building but Andreas was quick to assist in guiding us to the property over the phone. We had a few requests during our 8-day stay all that were met! We also rented a car for our trip, so it was great to have the underground private parking spot with our rental very close to the elevator. The single room penthouse studio is as advertised small, but well equipped for two with an excellent view of the Gulf of Mexico! There is full size refrigerator and electric cooktop and microwave but no dishwasher in the kitchen, they do have a full size clothes washer as well. Another incredible amenity in this property is the pool which is about a 5 minute walk from the elevator. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for great Gulf views with an incredible pool and host. Thanks Andreas!

Property is super cozy and perfect for two or a single. Spectacular views and great pool. Lots of local restaurants and easy Uber access as well. We wanted something outside of the crazy hotel district and this was perfect. Andreas is great.

The property was clean and the view of the ocean was just like the pictures. The host was the best, helped me set up an itinerary, responded to every question and made suggestions on what to do while we were there. Only con is the wind blowing at night gets loud ( but that is expected being by the ocean and up high in the penthouse. All and all I would definitely stay again.

Our first visit to Cancun was exceptional. It wouldn't have been as nice without the great assistance of our Host Andreas. The room was fabulous; the island view from the room and terrace is exactly as you see on the Vrbo site. We were close to the Ferry and a really great restaurant within steps on the Pool. The pool is beautiful, huge, never crowded, and sits directly in front of the beach and white sands. The beach had some seaweed but that was expected during this time of year. Our host helped plan everything from the moment we stepped of the plan. He thought of everything including a special dinner location from my Husband's birthday; the communication was great, and he was very responsive! The big room (penthouse view) is equipped with everything you need, kitchen, bath supplies, great Wifi..speed was exceptional, W/dryer, Smart LG TV with additional apps such as Netflix, etc. The room which accomodated my husband and I; was very clean, the resort location was quiet, and the resort grounds were beautifully kept. We were able to travel to several places via taxis which were always there when we needed them. I would love to go back and this is where my husband and I will stay.

Amazing View !
Amazing island view from the terrace and close to the ferry and a beautiful restaurant on the premise. Pool and beach right at your resort. The host arranged transportation and every detail we needed. The kitchen and bath needs a renovation. but everything worked fine. Linens were clean and bath supplies was good.

Perfect first night in Cancun!
We wish our stay had been longer than the single night we booked. Beautiful room and community. Slept with the balcony doors open listening to the waves. Pool and grounds are beautiful. Everyone was very friendly. Adjacent restaurant was an idealized beach walk next door. Perfect for afternoon drinks and late dinner on the beach.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. The unit has everything you need including a nice view of the ocean. We were two and spend most of our time outdoors and found the space perfect for two. The grounds are very nice and there is a nice seafood restaurant a short walk down the beach. We took the ferry over to Isla Mujeres and had a very nice lunch at Marbella. A favorite place of ours. All in all, we found this home to be safe, well situated a very good value.

The studio is very well appointed. It has lots of linen, towels. Perfect for one or two person. Andreas replies within the hour which is very appreciated. Strong Wifi which is also an asset. We love that area for its local restaurants.

The property is as described and the pool is beautiful. The grounds are well maintained. The security people at the main gate were very friendly and helpful. Andreas was very helpful with suggestions about what to do and even took us for a quick tour on the main road to show us what was in the general area. The only real downside is there is very little in the way of places to eat within walking distance. However, taxis are readily available.

An excellent experience.
From a very detailed check-in procedure to the on site security and staff, we felt safe, secure and comfortable from the moment we got on property. The unit itself was exactly how it was described on VRBO. It was very clean and all appliances worked properly. The on site amenities such as the pool, workout area and restaurant were perfect. The immediate beach area was a bit rocky but nothing that stopped us from utilizing the beach for the beginning of great romantic walks or accessing the ocean. There is a wonderful beachfront restaurant 50 feet down the beach from the property and the ferries are a 5 minute walk from the property. This property is a perfect get away from any couple that wants to relax and enjoy all the fun activities that Cancun offers without the hustle and bustle of Downtown Cancun. We will be going back!

Great Place. Outstanding veiw great value but not a vacation lication
We came to the Amara based on the pictures, the veiw and the description which where all good to great and this is a great place for the price. The pool is nice and a pool bar restaurant was there but it only took Pesos with closest atm blocks away which was a pain. In fact no restaurants in walking distance and the neighborhood was scary at best. Amara was next to ferry to Isla Hujeres which was great and the garden was breathtaking along with really cool Iguanas and but big mosquito problem. ( I bled from the bites). I liked the studio room and loved the veiw- 5 stars but the location is 1 star so I average it to 3 stars
