Welcome to The Peak Retreat! This luxurious 2300 sq ft villa features 5 spacious
bedrooms that can accommodate up to 16 guests. The property features a modern
open-concept main floor, gourmet kitchen, heated floors, separate kitchenettes, a wrap-
around the main floor deck with BBQ, and a hot tub on the top deck with stunning mountain
views. Just a stroll away from the vibrant heart of Downtown Canmore, and close to all
outdoor activities. This thoughtfully designed retreat is your perfect base for exploring
the Canadian Rockies and includes the following:

✿GROUND FLOOR/ENTRY LEVEL✿

*A welcoming front foyer includes a closet for storing your belongings and a bench to help put
on your shoes.

*Heated flooring throughout the ground level

*Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, large windows letting in lots of
natural light, and a large dresser for your belongings and storage. This room has its own separate
entrance.

*Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed, two bedside tables with lamps, two wall mirrors, and a closet

*1 Bathroom with shower/tub combo with glass enclosure, vanity with mirror, storage under
sink, and heated floors

*Cozy living room includes a separate entrance, flat screen TV with over 30,000 channels/streaming services and pull-out queen-size sofa bed.

If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

7. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

We absolutely loved our time in Canmore and this house was stunning and had so many rooms that were all set up so nicely. The hosts were so great to work with as well. I would highly recommend!
