There are two spacious, private bedrooms with queen beds, perfect for traveling groups or families! The new, queen size fold out couch provides another comfortable area for up to two adults. There is also a travel crib in the bedroom closet.

This home away from home is a great space to make family memories while traveling across the country! Canyon is a train town and there is a train that comes through town a couple blocks away but it is very quiet in the house.

It was a close drive to WT campus. Very clean space. Plenty of towels and blankets. Host was very responsive. Ok neighborhood.

Our Stay
Wonderful little house, clean and well kept. They stock the kitchen and bathroom with more than the basics. When we had a question, we got an almost immediate response. If we come back to the area we will most definitely stay here again.

Great Location for Palo Duro Canyon State Park
We stayed three nights. The house was everything we thought would be, very clean, well-stocked and Erica let us know all we needed to make our stay perfect. We loved that she stocked the kitchen with a variety of coffees, coffee is a must for us in the morning.

This was the perfect little house for our girls staycation! It was in a well located area and close to the square as well as other restaurants. It’s close enough to the highway that it was easy to go to Amarillo when needed. The house was clean and welcoming! We will stay here again!

We enjoyed the cottage very much! Perfect location that is within 20min of all the popular spots. We really enjoyed the backyard in the evenings. We definitely recommend this cottage and will be visiting again.

Cutest cottage ever
We were in Canyon for NSO at West Texas A&M. I'm so happy we picked Canyon Cottage to stay at. The neighborhood was very safe. The neighbors were all friendly and we felt comfortable enough to leave two 40 gallon bins in the back-up of the pick-up overnight saving us from having to lift and cart them inside! It felt so homey, pictures were accurate, hot water lasted through 4 different showers in a row, and the best part was the board games in the TV console! My youngest played chess with dad every night and we got in one game of Trouble before sending my oldest off to college. We highly recommend this booking and will definitely stay again!

The house was perfect. It was very clean and comfortable. It was a perfect location close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable except for the sofa bed. It was very difficult to get out of the couch and very uncomfortable. A better alternative might have been a blowup mattress guests could use if needed.

Such a nice house
We went to Canyon for two specific reasons. To hike Palo Duro Canyon and see the famous musical play “Texas”, and see the Panhandle Plains Historic Museum. Our location was very easy to get around town! Now to the house. It’s a great well appointed house, very clean. We lacked for nothing, we brought most of our own food and cooked every night plus in the mornings. Our hosts were immediately responsive to all our communications. If we ever go to Canyon again their house will definitely be our “go to” place, thanks so much for offering a great place for us, right up our alley! Eric and Joy Pierce, Arlington Texas

Cozy and Comfortable
Great little spot for a whirlwind trip to Canyon. House is in a quiet neighbourhood, train once in awhile behind but found it almost soothing. Kitchen is large and decently stocked with small appliances and amenities. We will definately stay here again when coming to visit our daughter at WT.

Three night, four day stay
The house was furnished nicely. It has central air so the house was always the same temperature throughout. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The kitchen had the necessary amenities. The only suggestion I have is to put a grab bar in front of the toilet so disabled persons can pull up and have a bar for getting in and out of the tub, I had a challenge trying to navigate, but even with that my husband and I are talking about booking another trip and staying in the little yellow house. Thanks for a memorable holiday.

The house was cute, but we were un able to sleep due to the train that ran multiple times an hour just behind the house. Left a day early and thankfully the host refunded us for the night we didn't stay. First time 20 years of using Vrbo that we've left early.
