The space
Recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, this three bedroom home includes a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, including stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room with comfy sofa and living areas. Private pool, free onsite parking, smart HDTV, High-speed WIFI and keyless access.

Guests have full access and complete privacy inside the home and may enjoy full use of outdoor amenities as well. Great Stay!
The house is very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. It is located in a nice neighborhood. The pool is a very nice size, clean, heated, warm and wonderful! We spent a lot of time in it. Roxanne was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. I would not hesitate to rent this house again. Thank you Roxanne!

What a wonderful first time VRBO experience!! The house was clean, beautiful, spacious and very well taken care of. The pool was fabulous and very private from the neighbors. The owner is very thoughtful and has an eye for details- everything we needed was there, even a beach wagon and beach chairs for our day-trip to Sanibel Island! It was a perfect experience!!

Best VRBO we’ve stayed at!!
This is a wonderful home and host! Roxanne was great to work with- friendly, responded quickly and very helpful. We got there fully expecting to have to go buy dish and laundry soap, paper towels ect. like other properties we’ve stayed at, but it was all there, even shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each shower. The pool was warm and had lots of floaties and toys to use. Very clean and comfortable, we definitely want to stay here again!

Just the best!
This home was exceptionally clean, close to everything, in a safe neighborhood, and just wonderful. Open and bright, a tv in every room, comfy beds, everything one needs for a great vacation. The host is very responsive, and gets right back to you. I'm from Cape Coral, and I know how some homes there can be hard to get to, but this one is close to a bigger road that quickly leads to the main road. But, is also a nice, quiet neighborhood. We had a beautiful time, and will stay again if we ever come back down.

Amazing property!
This stay was the most relaxing part of our vacation. Swimming in the pool, enjoying some rest, and knowing that all of the necessities we would need were at our fingertips made this a very enjoyable visit.
