Heated pool home. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Welcome to our home, Sunshine Awaits of Cape Coral, a relaxing tropical pool paradise. Here you will escape to a Florida tranquil oasis, with a beautiful heated pool, and lush tropical ambiance. This home is centrally located to shopping centers, restaurants, nightlife, parks, fishing/boating, SunSplash water park and SW Floridas greatest beaches including Ft Myers beach, Sanibel Island, Captiva Island, Cape Coral Beach, Bonita Beach, Naples and Marco Island. Englewood Beach, Venice Beach are also beautiful beaches within 1 hour drive, and Siesta Keys within 1 hour and 15 mins.
Palm trees, tropical atmosphere as you enter the property. Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with new furniture. As you enter the home a nice living area to relax after a long day that welcomes you to glass sliding doors which take you to the outdoor living area. Come relax by the pool, grill outside or watch tv in our open concept outdoor living area that you will love. The living room area has nice leather couches to kick back have tranquil time with friends/family or to gather to watch a movie. For the musical artist in you, we offer a piano to play on or to sit back and entertain your guests. The master bedroom has a king size bed with fresh new linens, large flatscreen tv, en suite bathroom with a walk in closet and sliding doors that lead you to the lanai and pool area. Across the hallway there are 2 more bedrooms with queen size bedrooms, fresh linens and a large flatscreen tv. There is the guest shower and bathroom on this side as well with a door in the bathroom that can lead you to the pool for quick convenient access from a dip in the pool to the shower. The house has a full laundry room for your convenience. What I love about the place is the breathtaking outdoor space where I’m sure you will create many memories with your loved ones. You will find the refreshing pool with pool floats. Plenty of large wrap around seating area, chairs and seats to watch TV or a sporting event, a grill to cookout at, with a nice outdoor dining table, mini fridge bar and so much more. Outdoor fans and ceiling fans make it always comfortable to relax out in this tropical paradise. Need more space? We have more outdoor sitting area outside the lanai in our fenced in backyard with lush beautiful plants, palms and our own banana tree you are welcome to pick from. This is our second home and we hope you enjoy and love it as much as we do!

Our home is centrally located to everything. There is something here for everyone. A short drive in either direction will take you to some of the finest restaurants, amazing nightlife, shopping and the most beautiful beaches such as Fort Myers Beach. Bonita Beach has the best sunsets and is a favorite of ours! Naples Beach, Marco Island as well as Siesta Keys, and Lido Key are nice scenic drives to check out all the beautiful beaches florida has to offer.
SunSplash water park is close by for a day in the wave pool, lazy river, enjoy some water slides, or just lay out, relax and tan on a lounge chair.

Fort Meyers airport is the closest at 25 minutes away, as well as a smaller airport in Punta Gorda also 25 minutes away, but Sarasota and Tampa, at the furthest, are also optional airports. Uber is a definite option if you choose to have a night out on the town. One of the popular bars, Backstreets, will even provide you with free transportation to the Sunshine Awaits home. Parking is rarely an issue in the
Cape. Beach parking can get crowded though and requires an hourly payment paid at the meter. Remember to put your ticket in your vehicle's window.

Downtown Cape Coral has plenty of shops, restaurants with nightly entertainment and bars.

Cape Harbor is one my favorite places to go to that has plenty of gift shops, ice cream shops, restaurants, nightlife, as you can watch the boats enter and exit off the harbor.

Great property, clean and tidy and accurately described. Host was very attentive and answered any questions quickly. Only downside was we had to leave early due to hurricane Milton approaching, it better to be safe than sorry in such circumstances.

Rocky start but good
The listing at time of booking said it slept 8 and had a pull out couch or futon but it had neither, the owner was very apologetic and offered to compensate for a blow up mattress so that was considerate. Everything was very easy and the kitchen was well stocked. Overall a very nice place

Nice neighborhood
First let me begin that communication was good. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice. The property is nice but needed a good cleaning. The outdoor furniture outside the patio was moldy. Over the grill the wall were black with soot. The bathroom in the main bedroom had mold around shower floor. I did reach out and was offered to have cleaner come out and clean it but I declined as we were there for 2 nights and what needed done was not a quick clean up. Rest of rooms were clean .

Enjoyed our stay - Great Place!
My 2 sisters and I stayed here, we really enjoyed this home, and the pool area was a nice bonus. Waled was great and prompt in his responses to any questions we had. A couple of negative things I'll mention, but don't want to overpower the good, cause we really enjoyed this place and the owner was great to work with. One was we were disappointed there were no recliners (as shown in the pics), there were 2 other chairs which are pictured but not as comfy, and in part of the description it says it's a saltwater pool, but it is not (we love saltwater pools over a chlorine pool), Waled did respond that it wasn't when I contacted him to confirm if it was a saltwater pool. It would be a good idea to update the description and pics so that it is accurate because people do rely on these when looking for vacation homes. The tablecloth on the table and plastic under it were dirty, so we washed them, just something the owner may not realize how well the cleaners are doing their job, overall the place is clean, which is greatly appreciated. We had a problem with the tv in the master bedroom, and the owner had it replaced immediately, he took care of this right away. I would like to suggest more garbage bags for the kitchen garbage. Also the bedroom my sister had didn't have much storage for clothing. The lanai and pool area was awesome with several beach towels supplied. Overall, I would highly recommend this home and would love to come back if we're in the area again.

Wonderful get away
This property was very clean, had everything we needed as far as soaps, dishwasher and washing machine soap also. Some snacks and water were provided as well as some coffee. The beds were comfortable, the pool deck was fantastic, towels provided. The neighborhood is good and is close to downtown Cape, easy to get to Sanibel or Ft. Myers. The property manager couldn’t have made this sray any better. Good, clear communication and a breeze to check on amd out. I will definitely stay here again.

Great rental for long weekend getaway!
Very satisfied with this rental! The house was clean and has a cozy outdoor space by the pool. Very nice backyard! The heated pool was amazing and where we spent most of our days! Grocery stores were close by which was very convenient. We had a blast and would definitely stay at this property again in the future!

Great choice for a holiday
The house is exactly as pictured. It functions incredibly well. The kitchen is well stocked , much better quality cutlery and pots and pans than you get in most rentals. The outdoor space is simply the best. Lanai keeps unwelcome guests out, the pool is heated and was used even on cool days. The seating areas were very welcome. The host is super responsive, answering all queries quickly and efficiently. Even the pool staff were lovely , friendly and helpful.the neighborhood is safe and very quiet. Our only regret is that we did not act quickly enough to book for next year. Thank you Walhed for a great stay. M

Perfect home
Clean and furnished very cute! Shells around mirrors in bathroom! Perfect layout. Master bedroom on one side of house and two bedrooms on other side! Pool area delightful with a nice size fenced yard for our small dog! Thanks for a great time and a beautiful home!!
