Beautiful Dog Friendly Home with Screened-in Heated Pool, Game Room/Bar

Outstanding centrally located 5 star house that has it all. Easy gulf access, great location for shopping and entertainment, this gorgeous coastal themed home with screened-in lanai will impress everyone! The entire house has brand new furnishings along with some of my wife's upcycled creations.

Coastal Therapy is a waterfront home on a large canal cove with dock and screened-in, heated outdoor pool lanai area. Bring your boat, dock at your own private dock and be fishing in the Gulf in less than 30 minutes. Outstanding river, bay or Gulf fishing or just take the kayaks out for a paddle. Have s’mores on the dock after a day of fishing, playing in pool, or spending the day at the beach. After a great night’s rest on the upscale mattresses and linens, watch the sunrise with your coffee utilizing the fully equipped coffee and tea bar.

Coastal Therapy is a spacious home located on the canals of Cape Coral just off the Caloosahatchee River. The house is located in the middle of the Cape Coral/Ft. Myers area and a short drive to restaurants, beach, or golfing. Ft. Myers Beach or Sanibel island are within 35 minutes for beach activities. Play golf at one of 9 locations or have fun playing at Top Golf. Tons of restaurants on the water or in downtown Cape Coral or Ft. Myers.

The house is a beautiful 2100 sq. ft. home with a huge great room perfect for entertaining with kitchen, game room/bar, and living room. Play pool or shuffleboard while watching the game on a 55" TV in the game room. The comfortable living room contains a 75" TV that can be viewed while cooking in the kitchen. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a King bed with sliding doors opening to the lanai. The Queen bedroom also opens to the lanai along with a 3rd bedroom with 4 twins beds. All bedrooms have high end linens!

Outside on the lanai area is a gorgeous sitting area with plenty of comfortable outdoor seating including a dinner table, TV, and plenty of lighting and fans. Hang out in the screened-in heated (winter only) pool looking over the large cove and enjoy quiet shady evenings. Large cove side dock patio with seating for some night fishing. If you're lucky you may see some of the canal wildlife, perhaps a dolphin or manatee.

Bring your bikes as Cape Coral has over 90 miles of bike lanes/paths and the house is adjacent to the Veterans Parkway Path.

Home is best set up for 2 couples with 4 children for 8 total. Inquire for additional accommodations.

Coastal Therapy will provide a place for your family to return for years and enjoy the beautiful weather of South Florida and laid back atmosphere of Cape Coral. Bring your boat, rent a boat, play golf, enjoy the restaurants, kayak the canals, go to the beach, shop or just have a great time relaxing.

This home is owner managed - not by a management company - and we take great pride in 5 star accommodations. Our second property is Ft. Sunsets in Tennessee; it is a 5 star property and we expect Coastal Therapy to be the same. Florida is home to a vast array of wildlife. Manatees are regular visitors to Coastal Therapy. Dolphin, shark, alligators, and snakes can also be seen occasionally. For their safety and yours, please don’t feed the wildlife. 10% of all revenue go to Hurricane Relief or St. Jude Children's Hospital.

Cameras located in outside areas only for your safety and record video/audio. Coverage includes front door, front yard and side yards - your privacy in the pool area and in the home is 100% preserved.

We enjoyed everything about the home except it was right off a main road which was busy, but it was very clean and we could get to pretty much anywhere we needed to go to easily. We would definitely stay there again maybe when it’s warmer so we could actually use the beautiful pool and hang out on the beach. Also The Host was nice and he always responded quickly.

Fantastic property with great host
Property is in fantastic condition with plenty to do for all. The pool table and shuffleboard were great to play on an evening and the villa just had everything you would ever need! Bedrooms, the beds themselves and the bathrooms all very clean and again, everything you would need included. Overall the villa is definitely worth the full 5 star rating, but the location only a 4. It's certainly very easy to navigate to and close to all the essentials (including a nice Walmart and Publix). It is close to a highway though and you can hear the traffic...you soon get used to it and didn't spoil our few days at all. Jason also mentioned this initially when we asked about it so we knew what to expect. Thanks Jason for a great few days and keep up the good work with the villa!

Enjoyed another relaxing week with my family at this exceptional property! House is set up with everything you need and is close to grocery stores. Pool was great! Enjoyed the coffee bar each morning while watching the beautiful sunrises! Loved the canal view. Game room is a nice extra. Jason was very responsive. He is an excellent host.

The perfect Florida get away!
We loved this property! It was the perfect Florida getaway. It was centrally located to everything in Cape Coral. We were 10 minutes from everything (including Ft. Meyers). The home itself is absolutely beautiful and the owner has put so much time and detail into the decor. There is plenty of room for a large family, but we also enjoyed it being just the two of us. There is a nice dock area with a fire pit, a really nice pool and patio, a TV in every room, and an amazing kitchen! The owner was very communicative and nice. Highly recommend!

The house inside looked exactly like the pictures. The backyard view was beautiful until the City maintenance dumped some mess into the canal. The proximity to a very busy road and the new home construction next door were not mentioned. I had issues with hot water and thermostat for heat which were quickly looked after. I accidentally left my passport in the house when we were leaving. and the owner did a wonderful job of getting it to me quickly.

Fabulous Family Getaway
Wow! What a great property. My family stayed for Thanksgiving week and loved it. We used the pool table, the swimming pool, the kayaks and the kitchen. Everything you need is provided and the decor is cute and comfortable. We had no issues at all and would highly recommend this home for a stay in the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area.

Property was exceptional! Loved the enclosed pool area, game room, coffee/tea bar, full size laundry, patio and fire pit, rain-head shower, large well-equipped kitchen, large dining table facing the pool, sliding glass patio doors overlooking pool, large TVs, and plenty of extras provided by the host. Host was exceptional…probably the best host I’ve ever experienced! Perfect place for a wonderful vacation. Will definitely rent again when we visit Cape Coral.

We could not have asked for more. Jason was top notch on communication. Was helpful from start to finish going above and beyond. The house is AMAZING! Location is beautiful and pretty easy to navigate the area around. We swam our hearts out and loved having the game room. Beds were super comfortable and the layout of the house was fantastic. We fished from the dock and caught several catfish. Kitchen was well stocked and had all the gadgets you need to prep a meal at home. We certainly hope to come back. I would highly recommend this home and host to ANYONE!

Excellent communication and a fun house
Jason, the owner was so good at answering any and all questions very quickly. I told my husband I was pretty sure I could message him at 3:17am and receive a response by 3:18am (no I didn’t try. lol) Great house, issues were handled promptly and would absolutely stay again. The only knock is it is right by a very busy road so if you’re looking for peace when outside, this might be a bit loud. Inside you hear nothing. Thanks Jason for a great week.

This house was everything the description says it is. We had a great time and loved all of the amenities. The only downside was that we had a toddler so we had to travel with our own crib, booster chair, etc. But we asked ahead of time so at least we knew that going in! This was by far one of the best homes I've stayed at and the area was lovely and laid back. It was exactly what we needed. We cant wait to visit again.

September Family Vacation
If you are looking for a vacation home that offers just about anything you would want than look no further. The pictures of this house are completely accurate. The house was immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked, the bedrooms were very comfortable, the game room provided many nights of friendly family competition. Additionally this house is centrally located to restaurants and shopping. Fort Myers and Sanibel beaches are about 30 mins away as is the Regional Southwest International Airport. However what truly made this home awesome was the pool and lanai area. We spent most of our time swimming, fishing, and watching the beautiful sunrises over the canal. Finally the host Jason Smith was fantastic. He was quick to respond to any questions we had. He definitely cares about his quests and will be there for you should you need him. Finally the check-in and check-out procedures were very easy. Don’t hesitate to stay at this fantastic home. You will be glad you did!

Me and my family enjoyed our first stay on the gulf side of Florida. The house was wonderful and a lot of memories were made there. Our teenagers all stayed content with the pool table and shuffleboard during our down time. Everyone enjoyed the large pool. This was one of my favorite homes since we started vacationing in Florida. We will definitely try to come back.

We decided to go on a short vacation since my Son just graduated from high school and my Mother-in-law came for his graduation and we haven't seen her for the last 4 years. The house was perfect.. my son invited 3 friends and they had a blast.. I myself just relaxed in the pool from morning to sunset. The house was absolutely beautiful! Well maintained, clean and stocked with coffee ( one of our faves) silverware, dishes, towels etc! The beds were so comfortable! Kids loved the bunk beds. The pool was definitely the place we spent the most time! We saw so much wildlife in 7 days. Fish, crabs, lizards, Jack fish (so cool to see)! The tv had every app you could want. Netflix and peacock were essential lol. I can’t say enough good things about this house! Thank you Jason for letting us stay in your beautiful home! Will definitely stay again!
