You will have the whole place to yourself, so you are able to use all the rooms available including the garden which has a bbq and outdoor seating area.

The front room is cosy and has a cocoon sofa bed, flat screen Tv and dining table with chairs.

The bedroom has a really comfy double bed, with wardrobe and drawer space so that you can make yourself at home.

Kitchen is fully equipped so if you are visiting for a long time you can make use of eating at home.

The bathroom is stylish with a very large shower

Parking is available outside the flat .

We will see you briefly to hand over he keys and will let you enjoy the space available. However if you need us, we live 5 minutes away and will always be at the end of a phone.

We are 10 minutes walk from the wales millennium centre and all the attractions in Cardiff Bay, we are situated 25mins walk away from the millennium stadium and 20 mins walk from town there is also a bus stop at the end of the street.

There is some street parking available and you will also have a visitors permit. You will be close to the taff trail which is a lovely cycling route and links you to Cardiff Castle the Bay, penarth and beyond.

The apartment is in a residential area so please respect the neighbours. The parking outside is permit holders only, we will provide you with a permit. There is additional parking just around the corner from the property if you have more than one car.
We know rules can sound exhausting, but on top of you having a lovely time we just ask for respectful guests who treat the property as if its is their own.

If you could kindly leave the apartment as you find it, a cleaning fee will be charged for an unacceptable amount of cleaning if needed. Please ensure dishes are washed and put away at the end of your stay this enables us to keep the price down on cleaning fees.

The cleaning fee will be given based on our cleaners invoice

We do welcome furry friends as long as they are well behaved and well looked after in the property, there is an cleaning fee which does not cover cleaning up animal mess.

The code for the lock box will be sent out the morning of your arrival

Please do not arrive before check in time unless this is agreed with us as the cleaner will need the keys in the box.

Smoking is allowed in the garden with the garden door closed only charges will apply if we find that the apartment smells of smoke

we ask that noise is kept to a minimum between 10pm - 7am There will be a fine of £200 added if we are called to the property for a noise complaint.

Please ensure all windows and doors are locked before leaving.

The front door needs to be manually locked when leaving the property.

Please ensure the heating is switched off when you leave

And that the rubbish is emptied the green recycling bags go outside the front and the bathroom bin and white bin are placed in a black bin bag and put into the black bin outside.

Please let us know in advance if you will be using the sofa bed so that we can make sure bedding is at the apartment for you
