Look no further for a comfortable vacation setting near everything—in Carnelian Bay! This renovated townhome has two decks and three bedrooms and an entertainer’s loft —enough space for two families.

The entry level includes two bedrooms; one with with one king-size bed and the second with two twin-size beds furnished with comfy, premium bedding and a TV in each. The main bedroom feature glass sliding doors to their own decks. You’ll also find an updated full bath. The laundry is just across the hall.
On the second level, the living room, dining area and kitchen are all together, so everyone can gather in one place. The comfortable sofa provides a great spot for putting your feet up while the dining area and kitchen are perfect for taking in the view of Lake Tahoe through the glass sliding door. Keep everyone entertained with Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV with streaming service.

For home-cooked meals, the covered deck adjacent to the living room has a barbeque available year-round and the chef’s kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, beautiful cabinets, granite countertops, and backsplash. A hearty breakfast or dinner are easy in this space where the dishwasher makes clean up a breeze. There’s seating for six at the table and additional chairs at the bar.

This level also includes the third bedroom with a king bed a TV and second full bath with tub/shower.

When you’re ready to venture outside, keep everyone entertained in this perfect vacation setting. The Recreation Center / Lodge features a swimming pool, two outdoor hot tubs, locker room saunas, billiards, tennis and bocce courts, and a fitness trail. The complex backs up to Tahoe National Forest, offering miles of hiking, biking, cross country skiing, and other activities year-round.

Your home away from home is in Carnelian Bay, where all North Lake Tahoe is right at your doorstep! This is one of the closet units to the lake. Stroll down to Magic Carpet mini golf or check out Waterman’s Landing, located at Patton Landing Beach, a 3-acre, pebbly beach known for stand-up paddling.

To experience Lake Tahoe gambling and nightlife, Incline Village and Nevada's historic casino Crystal Bay are a short drive away, just across the state line.
