Awesome Location!! A Ocean Front Condo Awaits your arrival!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo awaits you. Located at the perfect location on CB. Quiet Section of Carolina Beach but only a few minutes to the pier or downtown. We also have our own private walkway straight to the ocean. Incredible Ocean View from our large deck and living room. You wont be disappointed. We will strive to make your stay enjoyable and we hope you have great memories after your stay. We want to earn great reviews.

We have a queen sized bed in the master bedroom along with its own private full bathroom. In the 2nd bedroom, we have a Twin Bed along with a bunk bed that has a full size bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. Another full size bathroom is located off the hall way.

We are a quick 15 minute walk along the beach to the Carolina Beach Boardwalk and all of its restaurants, bars, live music and carnival rides. In the other direction, a 15 minute walk takes you to the North End Fishing Pier. Just a a block away, we also have a small grocer and Java Shop. Once again, Location, Location, Location...

Condo Amenities:

The condo has a washer and dryer, and we provide bath towels and linens for your convenience.

Kitchen is fully equipped with toaster, drip coffee maker, blender, pots and pans, and all the utensils.

We have a Smart TV that you can cast your favorite programming over your phone or CPU.

We also have Free WiFi!

**PLEASE** This is a top floor unit. It has no elevator and you must be able to walk up four flights of stairs.

Maximum Occupancy is 5 at all times unless approved in writing by management. Any violations will forfeit deposit and you will vacate the unit immediately.

Amazing property!
The view and location are perfect! The property is well kept and clean. Jason was awesome to work with and made everything easy. The beds, linens towels, and pillows were super comfy and the total package made our week long visit perfect! It was awesome park the car for the whole week and to be able to walk everywhere we needed to go! We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful time at Carolina Beach! The property was exactly what we needed. The ocean view was perfect! The beach access was great! We went to the beach every day and the walk to the boardwalk both by the road and along the beach was very manageable. This condo had all the space we needed and was clean and comfortable! We appreciated the board games and played them many evenings! We had a great time at this wonderful property for our visit to beautiful Carolina Beach!

The ocean side balcony was easily my favorite part of staying here. Since it’s the top floor, the sea birds flying over head are so close and the view is fantastic! The feeling of the ocean breeze on that balcony was really just wonderful. Repeatedly climbing up those stairs is no joke especially after beach frolicking, but worth it.

Great spot by the sea!
You cannot beat a place to stay right on the beachfront ! I love getting up in the early morning and sitting on my balcony and enjoying the sight and sound of the ocean! This rental is only a short walk from a private access to the beach. The manager (Jason) was incredibly hospitable and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach! It’s close enough to the boardwalk to be convenient . But it’s far enough away not to seem cramped or loud from activities. Wonderful experience and a great place to stay!

The condo was perfectly accommodating for a family of 4. Unit was clean and reasonably appointed. The view was excellent as was the distance to the beach. Easy walk or even shorter drive to the boardwalk. Not for guests who struggle with stairs. Checkout cleaning instructions were a little burdensome and the mattresses were painfully hard. If the latter was resolved, we would love to stay again.

The condo is amazing! The view is beautiful, open concept with triple sliding doors to the balcony that overlooks the ocean. The condo is well maintained and clean. It’s also very quiet. Thank you Jason, we appreciated that you rented it to my sister and I as we honored our mother on her birthday who passed away last July.

Excellent rental experience and condo. Very clean and more spacious than most 2BR 2bath condos. Large patio with perfect view of the ocean and sunrise. Owner very easy to communicate with. We were given the opportunity to check in early which has never happened before. I hope to be lucky enough to return.

Amazing Beach Weekend
We took a quick trip to celebrate our teens Birthday with family. Condo was absolutely perfect. Unit clean, well stocked with essentials. Close to everything within a brisk 15 minute walk. Private beach access and an amazing view from the deck.

Super Clean. Comfortable Beds. Great Owner. AND THE VIEW IS FANTASTIC! There is a large porch. Rockers AND table and chairs. Not one of those little 3-foot balconies a lot of places have. You can walk to a small market down the street and that is really handy. Will be back and would highly recommend.

We very much enjoyed are stay here! Location was perfect! You are close to all of the amenities of Carolina Beach but the location was still quiet and peaceful. The property manager was very attentive and on top of communication. The view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location - Excellent Host!
We've stayed at many VRBO properties and Jason distinguishes himself as an exceptional host. The condo was just as pictured and we had everything we needed. Jason is very clear that it is 4 floors up, but even with a sprained ankle, the stairs were not difficult to manage. The location and views are exceptional. This is a quiet, family-oriented part of Carolina Beach and you will not be disappointed. PRO-TIP: make reservations at the Lake Park Steakhouse. Some of the best food, we've had recently and the staff is terrific. We would stay with Jason again and are already planning a trip for next year.

Perfect Location, Perfect Vacation.
We loved Carolina Beach and this amazing rental. Some of the highlights were the location, being right on the beach with private access, having a convenience store right across the street and being so close to the boardwalk. Having beach chairs and toys in the ground level storage made it super convenient and much cleaner and it meant we didn’t have to pack our own. Convenient covered parking area kept my vehicle safe, clean and cool. The condo was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed to relax, play games and cook. We especially enjoyed eating our meals on the porch over looking the ocean. I appreciated the stairs as it provided some much needed exercise on this very relaxing, low key vacation. Thank you Jason for your hospitality, you have a beautiful home!!!

Our stay at this condo was more perfect than I imagined! The view is perfection and the condo was spacious and clean! It was beautifully decorated and accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. The pictures really do not do it justice, I was pleasantly surprised when we walked in! It exceeded my expectations! With two little ones (1 & 3 yr old) we knew we would likely spend a lot of time home, so having a view from the balcony was important and this did not disappoint! There was also a ton of little touches that we really appreciated, board games, toiletries etc. We will definitely book again!
