REMONTER DANS LE TEMPS! Magnifique maison historique historique de plage! Bottom Floor - facile à vivre, propre, confortable, entièrement meublé et fourni avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour un séjour de détente ... pots, casseroles, vaisselle, etc. Boardwalk et Gathering Deck au sommet des dunes offrent des vues spectaculaires de la jetée à la jetée! Récemment rénové * 2017 * intérieur ... cuisine améliorée, entièrement nouvelle salle de bain avec douche de carrelage, lavabo sur colonne, nouveaux lits, meubles, etc! Et * 2016 * extérieur ... nouveau toit métallique, fenêtres en vinyle nouvellement installées, nouvelles portes en fibre de verre, ponts reconstruits ... Mise à jour oui, tout en conservant le charme historique tels que les murs de planches de bois d'origine et les plafonds d'antan! Avec les fenêtres ouvertes entendre le surf à quelques pas! Les os solides de la maison de plage ont survécu à cinq grands ouragans nommés au cours des années, mais entendent les craquements des pas et le rire joyeux, étouffé et joyeux des autres invités de la Chambre ci-dessus. Même l'isolation en mousse à cellules ouvertes agrandie entre les étages n'était pas suffisante pour nier les sons merveilleux de cette maison de plage historique. La terrasse arrière privée couverte offre une vue paisible sur les plantations d'arrière-cour côtières et se balançant herbes hautes. Le patio extérieur en plein air offre une assise et une relaxation privées supplémentaires. VRAIMENT UNIQUE ces jours-ci, tout ce qui concerne la Beach House, PLUS DE 60 ANS, vous ramène dans le temps!

Promenade privée mène à la belle plage de Caroline! Cinq minutes en voiture ou 20 minutes à pied de tous les restaurants et attractions du centre-ville! Great stay, very comfy
Love the space. It was cozy & had all the necessities. We were able to text the property owner during our stay & didn’t have any trouble. The only thing we would improve would be parking. Very tight & only enough room for one car so if your coming with others, carpool if possible.

The perfect spot!
This was the perfect spot for my little family’s weekend get away! It was great to be able to walk out onto the beach with my littles whenever we felt like it! Genevieve was super friendly and helpful at check in! The place was very neat and tidy and just the right size for us! We even enjoyed the book “Good night cookies”,that was in one of the rooms, with our 4 year old at bedtime! It is also close to many restaurants, the boardwalk and aquarium! All in all a great stay and hope to be back soon!

Bed bugs!
Long story short..myself and the owner found bedbugs in a chair in the living area and my daughter was asleep in the bed and after checking her i found 2 in the bed with her which i placed in a glass jar for her to show the exterminator. We could not stay due to my daughter being bitten and had to find a motel and the owner will not refund our money. I have pictures as well. Find

Easy living area, Beach was not crowded, even on weekends. And I'm at boardwalk nice beach view. Decent seafood but mostly fried. We enjoyed ourselves.

Wonderful beach location
I don’t think the location could be any better. You are right on the beach with fabulous outdoor sitting areas. Beach was quiet and not crowded. Genevieve was there to greet us and show us exactly where to park, along with a tour of the property. I would definitely stay again!

Wonderful time - wish we could have stayed longer!
We had one night here and absolutely loved the space! Communication with the host was excellent, the home was well-stocked and so wonderfully located. Genevieve was very accommodating and kind, we had a wonderful evening and morning at the beach and we couldn't be more appreciative of her hospitality! We would definitely love to stay here again. :)

Awesome Place
Awesome property will definitely be going back to this location love the house and the location in reference to the beach. Walk straight to the beach from the back door. Also loved that the owner actually showed us around the property when we arrived that was a great thing compared to most Vrbo places. Loved staying here and will be booking in the future.

Location is Great but Everything is Okay
Read the listing carefully. Sometimes, we read these things months in advance and forget the details. The hosts treat the listing as a contract, and they will refer to the listing for any complaints. The location is absolutely amazing! This place could be perfect for you if you're all about the location and won't spend much time at the property. It wasn't the best fit for us, but I don't want to discourage anyone from staying. We felt this was way overpriced for what we got and have stayed at many VRBOs. Regarding the price, we believe liens should be included. We were floored when we arrived and found the dryer was broken. A sign said “Not working” and “Not on listing. I’m sure the host will say we should have read more carefully, but I never thought I should read a listing like a contract. Because we brought our own liens, we brought fewer clothes, knowing there was a washer and dryer. We ran out of clothing and had to buy clothes for our daughter. It shouldn’t be in the picture if an appliance doesn't work. The hosts are on the property, which is unusual for a VRBO. We felt we were being watched at times. There were also cockroach issues. We alerted the hosts, and they offered to spray, but we declined because we had a baby. They stated that since they live near the dunes, that is just a part of beach life. Parking was a nightmare, and it was loud in the listing. We did not feel comfortable but it might be perfect

I titled this ocean breeze because it was a beautiful relief to unwind and truly enjoy family time. The beautiful couple that own this property are out of this world. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. Communication, cleanliness, private access to the beach all 5stars!!! Will definitely be renting from this couple again.

Short beach trip
We only stayed one night but definitely would stay again for longer. Two couples stayed comfortably in two bedroom downstairs. There was some noise from upstairs, so if lite sleeper, maybe downstairs apartment isn't the best option. Parking is a little hairy but we managed. The beach area was in the backyard. You could not see it from the basement porch but there was seating closer to the beach. I am Midwesterner and don't know beach etiquette well. Given how clean the apartment was before I got there and after, I say that Genevieve does amazing job cleaning. I enjoyed the extras such as the beach tent, boogie boards and the outdoor shower. There is a little store that you can walk too and I loved the boardwalk vibe. If I was to stay again, I would definitely bring my bike. You could walk to the boardwalks but it is a bit of a hike. Would rather ride a bike or take a golf cart to boardwalk.

My only complaint is that we couldnt stay longer. Such a beautiful place and the owners are truly top notch and the most friendly couple on this planet. Very clean and had everything you needed for an amazing stay at the beach. Amazing amenities!!!! Highly recommend and we will be back!!!

Northend Beach Trip
We’ve stayed in the central and southern parts of Carolina Beach before, always enjoy it. This was our first place a bit more north and it’s really nice! Reminded me of Wildwood, NJ. Loved the pier, beach was great, place had private access which was excellent. Very cozy, comfy place run lovingly by the host.

Furniture in living room most uncomfortable. Chair especially needs new cushions. Floors needed mopping, when walking on them barefooted left feet dirty and gritty. No ocean view from bottom unit. Too much clutter in living room ( beach toys ) Closets full of clutter no place to hang clothes in them . Would not stay in this unit again. Feel unit price and location misrepresented in ad .

Perfection!!!
The property was gorgeous! Literally walk out your back door to the boardwalk to the beach. My kids loved the cornhole area and spent a ton of time there. They also enjoyed the provided boogy boards and sand toys! The property was absolutely spotless. The owners were great! Would stay here again and again.
