Time for Making Memories. Stunning ocean views from every window and both balconies! Steps to the beach, and the Pier restaurant and Tiki Bar. This two bedroom two bath sleeps six. Well-behaved dogs are welcome (additional fee $100). Making memories to last a lifetime required.

Enjoy the two balconies, the open layout, and the community pool (open seasonally). The condo is right next to Freeman Park (always dog friendly) where visitors can drive right on the sand (4x4 required). Take a short drive down Carolina Beach Ave to the shops, restaurants, bars, ice cream, and donuts on the Boardwalk. Looking for other fun activities drive a little further down to the NC Aquarium at Ft. Fisher and the historic sites nearby.

This home is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal with family and friends. There is also a storage room, on the ground floor, with toys for spending the day at the beach.

The living room includes a 65" 4K Amazon Fire TV, in a large open living space. The couch has a pull out sleeper.

The condo is 1st floor above the parking. There is 1 flight of stairs to access the condo.

Beach access is a few steps North of the pier. Saltmarsh beach access is currently closed due to beach erosion.

There is currently no fishing from the pier.

The perfect place to stay!

This was our fourth trip to Carolina Beach and this condo has been by far my favorite place to stay. Our host was excellent with communicating before and during our stay and had even decorated for St. Patrick’s Day which the kids loved. You could tell a lot of thought went into how the space would be used and it gave us a perfect home away from home with breathtaking ocean views. The whole family is looking forward to our next stay!

We had a few days of very windy weather, but other than that our stay was very relaxing. You're close to restaurants, grocery stores. Parking was tight for our truck, I would bring our car next time.

Perfect pet friendly condo with great views

We loved our stay! The condo is very nicely stocked for an extended visit. The kitchen has everything you need and we appreciated the washer/dryer. While there is a road in between you and the ocean, you are still closer than many waterfront condos. The beach access is closed across the street, but there is a lovely dog friendly beach access close by. We loved the trails at Carolina Beach state park also. Cherry Blossom has great sushi and The Dive has trivia on Monday nights. Fun!

Carolina Beach visit

The VRBO was very nice. Everything was provided. Great!Location was very congested. No direct access to beach. Freedom Park was nearby which has access to beach and walking. If you have a 4 wheel drive, you can drive in Freedom Park for a daily fee. Great place for fishing.Not really a restful area of the beach due to excessive building in the area.

Recent trip to Carolina Beach

We had a great time on our short vacation The condo was very nice. The kitchen was equipped with everything imaginable if you like to cook on vacation. The living room was very spacious with lots of seating. Nice deck off living room with great views and you couldn’t be much closer to the water. Unfortunately it did rain a lot while we were there due to the storm but we remained very comfortable in the condo. Our host ,Jeff was great and always got back to us quickly with any of our questions. We definitely plan to stay there again next time. I would recommend the condo to anyone looking for a great place to take your dogs with lots of room and a good place for walking them. Great place for rest and relaxing!

A wonderful time!!

Ore stay was absolutely amazing! We stayed for two weeks. With different family members coming down each week. The unit was beautiful. We loved hanging out on both decks. The front one for watching the ocean. You also have a great view for all the live music at the tiki bar. Even the dog liked it. Watching all the other dogs go by. In the morning if it was to hot there. Go to the back one. The wicker chair was great to cuddle up and read. The grand kids loved Billy who hangs out on the front deck. They also found a pirate hidding. We definitely plan on returning. We've been coming to this area for 15 years. This is one of the nicest we've stayed in. Thank you for sharing it with us!!

The Perfect Get Away

The condo was clean. We took our animals and they left sheets to go on the furniture which I thought was awesome. It is perfect for a family of 4. The views of the ocean were phenomenal from the deck and living room. We will definitely be staying at this condo again. The hosts were super friendly. All in all a great vacation.

Our stay 2 adults with 2 pups was very enjoyable. The condo was clean well stocked as well as comfortable and cozy. Two decks one for morning and one for later -awesome views of ocean the sunrise and close to Freeman’s Beach for great walks. Perfect!

We had the best time at “Making memories condo!” The front deck was one of our favorite things about the condo. Having morning coffee while watching and listening to the ocean was the best- and it was so comfortable- (seated six people)! The place had a beautiful, perfectly stocked coffee bar, the beds were very comfortable, kitchen was first class, and the TV was amazing! We loaded our truck up each day with our beach stuff ( and they let us use some of theirs-as well as our own- we used a few chairs, an umbrella and a couple of boogie boards), and drove on to Freeman beach and unloaded right there! It was worth the $50.00 per day to do that for us as we had my mom with us who has a hard time Walking. The hosts were wonderful! They were more than accommodating, patient, and very responsive! This place is by far my favorite stay!

The property managers are great. They provided detailed, informative and clear communication. The condo was pleasant, clean and welcoming and we enjoyed the deck overlooking the ocean. Especially the porch swing! Thank you for being pet friendly.

Couldn’t get closer to the ocean

Updated condo across the street from the ocean. Nicely updated. Great deck with good seating for ocean gazing. Beds were very comfortable. Photos of property were a bit misleading as you have no beach access due to active beach erosion. Huge boulders have been placed all along the beach to prevent road flooding. You can walk past the pier to the drive on beach, which is nice. Communication with the owner was very easy. The condo was very clean. However there was a strong odor of masking deodorizer that would not abate, even with doors and windows open. Housekeeping missed a grocery bag full of dog poop that the previous renters left on the deck instead of throwing in the dumpster. That was easily remedied, however caused us to look closely at cleanliness. Would rent again, due to location, overall comfort and ease of communication.
