Kenns Farm Barn est une conversion sur mesure de deux chambres offrant une vie ouverte avec une merveilleuse sensation d'espace, de lumière et de tranquillité.

La porte d'entrée s'ouvre sur le salon à double hauteur, avec de nombreux sièges pour votre soirée, une table à manger située devant les doubles portes-fenêtres pour que vous puissiez profiter de la vue pendant que vous mangez et une télévision murale. Veuillez noter que l'un des canapés est un canapé-lit.

La cuisine est intelligemment en retrait et offre une gamme complète de commodités, ce qui permet une restauration complète.

La salle de bain en bas est moderne avec une baignoire et une pomme de douche au-dessus de la baignoire.

La chambre du bas est une chambre lits jumeaux avec une coiffeuse, une armoire et un coin salon.

L'escalier magnifiquement conçu sur mesure vous emmène à la suite principale. Vous y trouverez une chambre triple, une chambre inondée de lumière dans les combles, un espace de rangement pour vos effets personnels et une salle de bains moderne avec douche à l'italienne.

Situé sur la route principale, c'est un espace tranquille. La grange elle-même est adossée à un jardin privé et à des champs ouverts où vous pourrez vous asseoir et profiter de la vue avec une tasse de café ou un café, à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur.

Lovely stay!
We had a lovely stay - it was only a brief stay sadly but we will definitely be staying there again! Jean is a marvellous host and welcomed us on arrival. We’re travelling this Christmas so didn’t get to have our own tree. It meant a lot to us that there was a Christmas tree all wonderfully decorated and lit - like it was just for us :)). Perfect base for our animal adventure.
This was a lovely house in beautifully kept grounds. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Jean the host was very welcoming. It was the perfect base for our visits to the Cotswold Woldlife Park and the crocodile zoo. (Both of which are amazing!) The children loved visiting the horses on site and there was even a baby deer which visited our garden every day! There is a lovely walk across the fields from the farm and the children loved lifting stones and finding lots of bugs along the way. All in all it was a great way to spend half term. ☺️

Very nice. Twin beds in on room, a double bed upstairs. The workmanship in the entire barn conversion was very high quality. The living area was spacious and the kitchen and bathrooms were all very nice. The entire residence was spotless. I would stay there again if I have the opportunity. The garden and grounds were amazingly well maintained. Jean was as nice and attentive as anyone could be.

Visit to Brize Norton
The four of us had a very pleasant stay at Kens Barn. The property was clean and reasonably equipped. The biggest issue was that the post code on Vrbo was wrong so we had some difficulty finding the property. The check in could have gone more smoothly but to be fair the owner had been unwell so quite forgiveable. Jean did profusely apologise so all was well. We loved being able to see the planes from the dining room table. This was a quiet spot with no noticable noise intrusion from the airplanes. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our visit to Brize Norton which was the purpose of our trip.

Lovely clean cottage for a group reunion. Jean was very welcoming to us and helpful with suggestions. The cottage is well equipped with everything you could need. Beds are very comfortable and showers were amazing. Would definitely recommend

Nice location
The location is good for exploring the Cotswold and visiting Oxford though there is some noise from the RAF base nearby. The flights are not frequent but did occur late at night. You can see planes take off from the dining table so that might be novel. Do note there is no dishwasher. Also note that there is no washing machine. We have been on a road trip and this place was the last of ten places we rented, and also the only one without a washing machine. Thus, this was rather surprising. The listing does indeed not state a washing machine but this really should have been emphasised a lot more strongly. If you don’t need a washing machine, this is a good place to rent. The premises are modern and comfortable. It would have been otherwise perfect but was let down by the absence of washing machine. Instead of enjoying time with my wife and children, I was waiting for my laundry to be done in Carterton three evenings this past week.

Family reunion
We were 3 adults and 2 children under 11 and stayed four nights. The hosts are very welcoming and keep the outdoors spick and span. You can walk from the property through rolling fields to nearby villages, go sightseeing or sit outside whilst the children play in the garden. The town is only 5 minutes away by car. The nearby Crocodiles of the World Park is amazing.

Nice quiet setting with everything as described in the listing. Be aware that following GPS will not take you right to the property, but Ken’s Farm is listed on the map and that’s where you need to be.

Wonderful cottage
Extremely clean and comfortable! We visited in winter and were very warm and cosy. There’s lots to see and do in the area. We were busy for 5 days and could have stayed for much longer without running out of places to visit. Crocodiles of the World is an amazing place. The cottage is also within easy reach of Bourton-on-the-Water, beautiful Burford and many other lovely Cotswold destinations. The center of Carterton, with full amenities, is just a couple of minutes drive away, but the cottage has a lovely rural outlook. Wonderful!

Great little get away!
Lovely barn conversion in a pretty, tucked away location. Had everything we needed for a weekend away in Oxford. Very clean throughout the house. Well equipped kitchen and all linen and towels provided. Really enjoyed our relaxing stay.

Lovely slot, great access to the Cotswolds.
A nice quiet location, great for a short break. Access to the property was easy and we had a warm welcome from Jean - thank you. The property is on the outskirts of Carterton which has all the shops and services you are likely to need. We were able to fit in a visit to Bath as well as villages in the Cotswolds. The shopping village in Swindon is 30 minutes away. We enjoyed watching the planes out of Brize Norton but some people might find the noise distracting. Would definitely book again if we were down that way in the future.
