We chose this property last minute based on traveling with our pets. Which they were very accommodating.
Upon check in we met Susan, who was absolutely amazing. Even though there was a clear breakdown in communication between the housekeeping staff and the front desk! After walking into our 1st room it was clearly not turned over. So Susan quickly got us the next room on the list when we walked into this room it also was not cleaned! Went to the front desk to find that multiple others were having the same issues with their rooms.
Susan offered to cleaned the room for us, however, my wife and I opted to collect new bedding, towels, disinfectant, soaps, and other cleaning supplies and we cleaned the room ourselves.
Outside of making a good choice on your front desk attendant, the hotel is obviously mismanaged! Had it not been a long day of travel, Susan’s amazing ability to handle an obviously overwhelming situation, and having to find a place that accepted our three mini dachshunds, we would have left after the first room no questions asked!!
