This beautiful villa is located on the second floor of Tennis Club Villa's, located in East Beach Village. The screened in balcony overlooks the Roy Barth Tennis Courts and the Turtle Point Golf Course is less than a one minute drive away. Just a 5 minute walk to the beach or a short bike ride to the Night Heron Park, this conveniently located villa is the perfect villa for golfers or the ready to relax couple. The bedroom features a kind sized bed and 34" flat screen T.V. The bathroom includes a spacious walk-in shower (no tub) and single vanity. The living room features a 54" flat screen T.V and comfortable seating. The kitchen has an open floor plan equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a meal.
Please Note: This villa does NOT have resort amenities, such as Pool access and discounts on Golf or Tennis

Patricia is amazing--property is excellent!
We were here on business at the Sanctuary but it was sold out, so looked for an "off property" close by, and found this. OMG. We're so grateful we got this opportunity. The walk to the beach is sooo close. The amenities are great. Patricia is fantastic to work with. Everything was easy and would go back in a heart beat!

We have a great time staying here. The check in process was very simple. The Villa was super nice and updated. The place was extremely clean and had everything you needed. I would highly recommend staying here. You are a 5 minute walk to the beach. The property manager was really great and answered all our questions. We will definitely be back next year.

Amazing stay in Kiawah!
This condo is immaculate. It overlooks the clay courts on the back side and is located just a short distance to the beach, parks, restaurants. We took bikes and never got in the car except to leave to go home. We biked to Java Java each morning for breakfast. Very nice, very clean. Thank you!!!

Quiet Get Away
Lovely place to unwind. Quiet area. Short but scenic walk to the beach. Updated, modern renovations. Lovely shower. Was nice sitting on the screened in porch, turn the fan on and listen to wildlife rustle the leaves below. Will definitely be staying here again.

This villa was the perfect home base for my girlfriend and me. Perfectly sized for two people, the proximity to the tennis courts and beach were perfect. The appliances were great, bathroom was clean and new, and the living room was comfortable. Patricia gave us detailed check-in instructions and was very responsive if & when we had questions. Would recommend to any couple. Wish we could have stayed longer, but we will be back soon enough.
