Boasting open-plan living spaces, two modern kitchens, and a total of 8 bedrooms, each adorned with high-quality furnishings and several featuring ensuite bathrooms, this residence promises a sophisticated and inviting retreat. The diverse sleeping arrangements include king, queen, a queen "murphy" bed, and bunk beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all.

With 7.5 bathrooms, a laundry facility, and private off-road parking for two vehicles, every convenience is at your fingertips. The property is divided into two units, each accessible through separate exterior entrances, offering ample space for both shared activities and private moments. Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire property, providing a secure and well-lit environment for a memorable stay.

Situated conveniently, you can park up to two vehicles off the street, with designated spaces labeled "Unit A" or "Unit B," streamlining your arrival and departure experiences. Elevate your Charleston sojourn at this spectacularly stylish and spacious retreat, where every detail is crafted to ensure an unforgettable stay.
Guest Access: All guests staying with Stay Duvet have been granted access to The Wonderer Charleston.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Day Passes are complimentary November 1- March 31, unless there is a ticketed event.
 -$15 per person: Sunday through Thursday
- $30 per person: Friday and Saturdays

*On-site luggage storage is available for $10 per bag.
 
*Access to the Wonderer is Subject to change based on Seasonality, Weather factors, and are
first come, first serve, so please make sure to confirm operating hours for the dates of your stay. For visits between April 15th - September 1st, we strongly recommend booking in advance to ensure access. Groups of 8 or more guests are strongly encouraged to book a cabana in advance to ensure an ultimate, premium experience poolside

All guests must be at least 25 years or older to access the Club unless approved is given by The Wonderer management team.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

The house was perfect for our group of friends to stay for the weekend. It’s large Enough downstairs to all have room to hang out and watch football or sit on the porch and relax. Nice house.

Great house
House was super cute and great location. Only downsides were bunks were much smaller than we thought they would be, only really appropriate for kids. Also need to walk outside and around the driveway to get to the second portion of the house.

This house is very charming
The house is two separate units on one property and in a great location. You're close enough to walk to things without being directly in the noise. The kitchen is nice and new and the living room is a great space for gathering. The bedrooms are large and we loved having so many bathrooms. We did have an issue with the AC going out in the back unit upstairs, this is not something that could likely be prevented, but I wanted to note that the concierge is 24/7 and someone came to bring an extra cooling unit for one of the rooms at 11pm on a Saturday night. We moved another guest to the pull out couch downstairs and made it work. Things will happen but I felt they were responsive and fast to act. Overall, we had a great time here!

Good for a family, but steps are tricky
This is an old house that was renovated on the cheap but still has charm. We had a great time with our four children and their three spouses and our four grandchildren, and my 91 year old mother. Front stairs are a disaster, top two are very difficult to climb for older people and tricky for younger people. Street was nice but more traffic than I expected. One thing I didn't realize from listing is that this property is actually two units, and you have to go outside to get from one to the other. That actually worked out well for us when the baby was crying but it separated us also. We had problems with bugs but the management company sent someone over quickly.
