The Space:
Welcome to our inviting home that fosters togetherness! With spacious dining and common areas, it comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, providing ample space for everyone to connect and enjoy free time together. Remote workers and students can take advantage of our high-speed 300mbps fiber internet throughout the house.

The open and inviting living room offers plenty of comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with cable, and access to the backyard for fun activities. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs, stainless steel appliances, toaster oven, pots, pans, plates, bowls, and utensils. The open floor plan allows seamless interaction with everyone in the living room.

Start your mornings with complimentary coffee and tea! The two bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans for added comfort. The couch pulls out for additional sleeping arrangements. Fresh towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are provided for each guest, and hairdryers are available on the property.

Comfortably enjoy our spacious two-bedroom home, and make the most of your stay!

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to all 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, laundry room, and back yard. Only the locked owner's closet is unavailable. Plenty of parking is available in the driveway and on the street.

Self-entry via electronic lock, meaning quick easy access for everyone in the group. An early check-in may be requested, and will be accommodated if possible.

The Neighborhood:
This modern and charming home is located in the Belmont area just a few minutes from the airport and the White Water Center, and is perfect for visiting family and friends in town, or exploring the city of Charlotte. With a population of about 12,000 residents, Belmont offers a small-town atmosphere and a rich sense of community. The downtown district is pedestrian-friendly, inviting residents and visitors to explore its unique boutiques, art galleries, and eateries.

This home is in a quaint neighborhood right off of Belmont Historic District which has plenty of restaurants, bars, and retail as well as easy access to other areas of West Charlotte. Stowe Park and Davis Park are less than 2 miles away featuring ball fields, courts, picnic areas, & playgrounds. The White Water Center is less than 15 minutes away and features hiking, biking trails, rafting, rock climbing walls, outdoor concerts, and more!

Getting Around:
This home is nestled into the charming town of Belmont, NC located in Gaston County, just blocks away from the Belmont Historic District. Ubers are available at this location.

Other Things to Note:
The home is friendly to both pets and small children, pending they are house trained :). We do NOT allow cats. Any and all pets MUST be approved, requiring a non-refundable pet fee of $150 to be paid prior to check-in. Any unapproved pets will result in a $350 fine. If pets will be in the property over 1 week, MyTripify reserves the right to require guests to purchase travel insurance.

We provide starter supplies, enough for 3-4 day stays. It will be up to the guest to replenish those supplies for extended stays.

The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively, the reservation may be canceled based on the regular cancellation policy, and the guest will be refunded according to the listing's cancellation policy.
*If an additional security deposit is collected, it will be refunded after the guest checks out and the house is inspected for any damage. In case of damages, the amount required to repair or replace the damaged items will be deducted from the security deposit.

We use a rental agreement with each reservation to clearly outline and protect your rights and responsibilities, a completed copy will be sent to you before your reservation starts.

Once traveler information is confirmed, a completed version of the rental contract will be sent via email. Per the NC Vacation Rental Act, signature on this agreement, or payment of money, or taking possession of the property after receipt of the agreement is evidence of your acceptance of the agreement and your intent to use the property for a vacation rental.

Your stay is very important to us! Please read through the following house rules. Any breach is subject to a fine.

The minimum age to book the property is 25 years old.

To ensure safety and security each guest is required to complete the check-in form including a valid government ID. Non complete or inaccurate information in the arrival form will result in a termination of your stay without refund.

Check-in and Checkout
Check-in is at 5:00 PM (unless purchased prior day($99 + Booking platform fees); early check-in is at 1:00 PM)
Check-out is at 11:00 AM

Check-in times have been adjusted due to COVID-19 cleaning protocols.

Early check-in may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.

Holdover past checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.

Quiet Enjoyment
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, we ask that you please do not disturb the rights of the neighbors. Only guests from the booking are allowed on the premises, and no parties are permitted whatsoever. Any disturbance of the neighbors will result in a $400 fine as well as the termination of your stay without refund.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, at which point noise should be kept at reasonable levels.

Access to the Home
Enjoy private access to the entire home, aside from the locked owner’s closet on the lower level, and the locked shed in the backyard.

To keep belongings safe and secure, be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Pets
Pets are permitted on the property ONLY when disclosed and approved before check-in. Any undisclosed pets will result in a $350 fine. No cats are allowed on the premises.

Please keep pets off furniture and beds. Any breach will result in additional cleaning charges up to $300.

Pet owners wanting to bring pets must disclose the type of pet, breed, name, and age (3 pets maximum). Pending approval, a non-refundable pet fee of $149 + booking platform fees, is to be collected prior to check in. If pets will be in the property for more than 1 week, we require guests to purchase travel insurance.

Pet owners are expected to clean up after all pets including waste in the back yard and surrounding neighborhood. Any damages done by pets will be charged to the guest.

Parking
Parking is available in the driveway and on the street, with a maximum of 3 cars. Any driving or parking on the lawn or grass area is prohibited and will result in a $300 fine.

Smoking
No smoking is allowed inside the home. Smoking is permitted outside on the deck and in the backyard. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside the home. If the house smells of smoke or if remnants are found inside the house a smoking fee will be issued of $500.

Damages
Any damages done to the property must be reported immediately. Additional damages caused by neglect or negligence will be charged to the guest.

Internet Usage
By using the internet provided at any of our properties, you agree to our Internet Policy as follows.

We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

Rinse dirty dishes and put in the dishwasher and start before departure
Hand wash pots & pans and place in drying rack

Cleaning
Wipe spills on surfaces like floors and counters
Use rags, paper towels, or wipes DO NOT use white towels

Sweep the floor of any noticeable debris
Use broom, vacuum, or swiffer

Exiting the Property
Turn off all lights and lock doors upon departure

Location saved this from a one star review
Pros: Location. Easy walk to downtown. Cons: Unappealing, dirty porch. Inside was tidy but not necessarily clean. Dust, dead insects. House had that feel that it hadn't been occupied in quite a while. Cookware was unusable due to scratched and chipped non-stick (health hazard). No internet for two days, I was actually asked to be available for a Spectrum rep. That wasn't happening. Thermostat reset itself from 74 to FIFTY degrees in the middle of the first few nights, the house temp at 6 a.m. was 64. In July. In North Caroline. I was able to fix that issue after the property manager (nice guy) couldn't figure it out. The last straw was the promised compensation for the inconveniences that never showed up despite repeated requests that were answered with "I'll check on that."

This was the perfect place and location for our business trip. We each had our own room and bath and plenty of space. It was in walking distance to downtown Belmont and to the office. Ryley, was great to communicate with. Highly recommend this rental.
