Peaceful & Clean Waterfront Suite on the Lake Norman Main Channel

This suite has a private entrance from the garage. Suite is located above the garage, the main house is a one story, the private suite is upstairs by itself with no wall directly connected to the home. There is no interaction with the main house. The suite has an adjustable split Tempur-Pedic king bed that is so amazingly comfortable! The bed has white cotton sheets with laundered duvet cover. Suite also has an electric fireplace. Cozy table/desk overlooking the front garden. Perfect for dining or a workspace. Suite also has a futon for extra room and a 40" Smart TV. Please see photos and all the amenities. Why will you fall in love with this listing.... We give our guests full use of the waterfront. Home is located on the Main Channel. What does this mean? You are not in a cove, water is nice and views of the lake are amazing. Our dock sits on water that is 25+ feet deep. A perfect location to fish. We even have fishing poles available in the garage. The guest boat slip always has deep water and has an electrical outlet for charging on fishing boats. The dock is well maintained and in beautiful condition. The covered dock has comfortable wicker seating, small propane grill, mini fridge, WIFI mesh router, and a google mini that will play your favorite music. This is great to enjoy year round rain or shine. If you get up early and head to the dock the sunrise is beautiful. We have a beautiful paved road that is great for a morning or afternoon walk! Come and enjoy all the scenery! We provide two kayaks and 2 paddle boards at no charge. Unfortunately we do not allow the boat ramp at the property to be used to load and unload boats, PWCs or trailers. There are two public ramps just a few miles away. . Pinnacle Access and McCrary / Queens Landing access. You are welcome to relax in the lounge chairs on the boat ramp Just to confirm... We do have a guest limit of two people as this is for peaceful getaways, we only allow registered guests to come to the property. Due to the fact we have two Golden Retrievers we do not allow pets. We do not surcharge for anything or have any hidden fees. We also charge a very reasonable cleaning fee.

I took a little "mommy break" at this location and it was perfection. It was so quiet. You couldn't hear the host's family and the entrance is separate if you prefer privacy. The view of the lake is gorgeous. I didn't spend any time down my the lake due to weather but I can imagine it would be wonderful. The bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Even more comfortable than my own. I would definitely come stay again. The space is perfect for 1 or 2 people.

I had to come in to town for a wedding and hotels are so expensive. I found this gem and had the time of my life. The morning views of the lake and the moon reflecting at nighht made this perfect. This place is perfect for a weekend getaway! Lovely dock area to have your morning coffee or an evening night cap. Plus it’s a beautiful lake if you want to borrow one of the kayaks. This is our second year in a row staying here and we will definitely be back next year.

Amazing Stay
This property is amazing! The host went over and above to give us our privacy and meet our every need. Loved the dock area and the sunrises. Used the kayaks, the fishing equipment, the propane grill, and the mini fridge. Also did laundry. The bed was super comfy and the fireplace was neat. There was a view of the lake from the suite. There was just enough space and equipment in the kitchen area to get by, but with so many restaurants in the area who wants to cook? The area was safe and the place was super clean. I would like to stay here again and never leave!

My wife and I have booked with AirB&B and VRBO for years. The Lake House was, by far, the best experience we have ever had. Or hosts communicated with us prior to our stay and answered questions quickly. The Lake House is in a beautiful location with easy access. Check in and check out instructions were simple and available on line and on the room. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed. This was the first time we did not need to contact a host after we arrived. We will definitely stay again!

This listing is just as stated, but even better than expected! I went to receive a peaceful get away in order to recharge. My goal was accomplished! Nicole is an incredible host. She was very friendly and accommodating. The location is absolutely beautiful! The room was extremely clean and comfortable. I enjoyed kayaking on the lake for the first time. The fire pit was very relaxing with a great view of the stars. I enjoyed watching the sun rise in the morning. I highly recommend and plan to return one day!

Words simply cannot describe how much we enjoyed our visit and how amazing this property is! The suite is extremely clean and well appointed and the attention to details is superb.
