✔ Lake Norman State Park: Lake Norman State Park is located just across the water from the home and offers a variety of outdoor activities for families and couples. Visitors can go fishing, boating, hiking, or take a relaxing picnic by the lake.
✔ Riverbend Park: Riverbend Park is a scenic park located along the Catawba River, just a few miles from downtown Catawba. The park offers hiking trails, picnic areas, and a playground for families to enjoy.

✹ PETS: Pets are allowed with a $200 one-time pet fee with a maximum of two pets. This is a pet-friendly property, so please do not book if someone in your group has a pet allergy.
✹ STEPS: There are a few flights of steps required to go down to the dock.
✹ DOCK: Our private dock is great for those that love the water! Boaters can either bring their own boats (boat launch nearby) or rent a boat at several boat rental facilities nearby… and the water is deep!
✹ REQUIREMENTS: Guests that books must be at least 25 years old to do so. No parties or events are permitted. Photo ID may be required upon check-in.
✹ RENTAL AGREEMENT: Please note that we do require signature of our rental agreement/liability waiver within 48 hours after booking.
✹ CANCELLATIONS: If the guest cancels the booking and is entitled to a return, the return will be reduced by 4% as we have to pay the processing fees regardless.
We have one actively recording camera outside on the doorbell that records video and audio.
