Nestled in a tranquil neighborhood near excellent dining and shopping spots, our home is perfect for a girls' getaway, romantic escape, or family retreat. The spacious backyard beckons you to unwind, offering ample room for children and pets to frolic and play. Whip up delicious meals in our fully equipped kitchen and unwind in comfort after a day of adventure. Plus, enjoy blazing-fast WiFi for seamless remote work or streaming.

Our centrally located haven makes exploring Chattanooga a breeze! Discover exciting attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, Chattanooga Zoo, scenic hikes on Lookout Mountain, or a tour of the Chattanooga Whiskey Distillery. Ample parking is available in the driveway and under the attached carport. Wind down with entertainment on our smart TV, designed to elevate your stay.

CHECK IN:
Check in time is anytime after 3pm. I will send you a door code a few days prior to your arrival.

PARKING:
The driveway can accommodate up to three cars.

***The washer and dryer are accessed outside via the door to the right under the carport. They key to unlock that door will be left in a basket on the coffee table in the living room. Please be sure to leave the key when you checkout.

HOUSE RULES:
Pets are welcome with an $80 non-refundable fee and a 2 dog max. Please do not let pets on the furniture or in the beds. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outside trash can. Extra charges will apply for not picking up after your pet.
Please treat our home with the same respect that you do your own.
Please respect a courtesy quiet hour of 9pm for our neighbors.
Only guests who are on the original booking should stay overnight.
This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke please do so outside and away from the house. Evidence of smoke (any substance) inside the home will result in an immediate $500 fine PLUS the cost of cleaning and remediation.

CHECK OUT:
Check out time is 10am.

We will take care of cleaning, however we do ask you do the following:
Load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start them
Place any trash or recycling in the appropriate trash cans outside

NOTE: Any damages to the home or failure to comply with house rules will result in additional charges.

This is great property! I brought my kids, age 2 and 12, and my dogs. Big yard and comfortable rooms. Great communication from host as well. Will stay here again for sure.

Quiet, clean, and comfortable
This place was perfect and the neighborhood was as quiet as they come. Very little traffic went by. We traveled with our dog and were pleasantly surprised by all the extras, like a comfy dog bed, dog toys, dog bowls, etc. and the yard was nice and big too. The place was spotless too. Very pleasant stay and I will definitely try to book it again next time we come to town to visit our daughter , son-in-law and 1 year old grandson!

Peaceful neighborhood, easy access and comfortable beds. Our dog loved the yard. If we could encourage any changes, new kitchen table chairs of correct height would be nice for meals and block out curtains in the bedroom for the morning sun. We would definitely stay there in the future!

Welcoming
This was one of the best vrbo experiences we’ve ever had. From the communication prior to our stay, to the ease of finding the location and keyless entry and the feeling of peace and serenity walking in the door, especially after a 9-1/2 hr drive. Our 4 legged family members travel with us and Carrie made sure pets are welcome. The fully fenced yard solidified my choice for this rental but the memory foam dog bed provided was an extra bonus🐾 We enjoyed all the comforts of home: comfortable beds, ceiling fans, fine linens and towels and a kitchen with all the necessities to prepare meals. The backyard is an oasis with outdoor dining and fire pit :) We will definitely book this property again the next time we visit Chattanooga.

Perfect Stay

Fully Fenced Yard - Front and Back
This house comes close to being perfect! Couch & chair were comfortable, beds very comfortable, walk-in shower with lots of towels. Well stocked with paper products, kitchen well stocked although we don't cook when on vacation. Washer & dryer with detergent were a nice touch. The yard is level without holes, fenced without gaps & a peaceful way to end the day enjoying the songbirds. No fleas (we have had a few bad experiences) The house is very close to everything as described in the listing. Quiet neighborhood. Carrie is an outstanding host & we will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great for families
We visited Chattanooga for a Thomas the train event. We also did some other sight seeing things around the city. The location of this place was convenient to everything we needed to do. I liked that it was a little more out of the city and in a quiet neighborhood. It felt like home. The check in process was so easy and Carrie's communication was top notch. The price can't be beat for what you get here. Amazingly huge fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs. Theres even a dog bed at the house for your pup. Everything was perfect for our stay and I can't complain about anything. This was great for families and pets!

Pretty perfect!
This house was so cute, clean and well-supplied. The beds were comfortable and everything was as described. There were no paper products when we arrived but contacting the owner resulted in an instacart delivery within an hour or so. Very responsive! We’ve stayed in a lot of vrbos and this was one of the best.
