Get to know Chattanooga like a local. This charming home is located just 8 minutes from downtown where you can enjoy all of the best bars, restaurants, and shops the city has to offer. Relax with family and friends in one of two living rooms, and prepare your favorite meal in the updated kitchen. At days end, wind down in the jacuzzi tub or the walk-in shower. Brew a pot of coffee, or pour a glass of wine and nestle up next to the fireplace while you enjoy your favorite book or TV show.

The Space
This home has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 8 people comfortably. There are 2 living rooms that offer ample seating, each with a TV. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs and 2 bedrooms upstairs. Each floor has its own full bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with all of the essentials to cook your favorite meals. The laundry room is available if a quick load is needed.

Guest access
Getting into the home is easy. The front door is a smart lock that will be opened with a code. There is plenty of off street parking in the properties private driveway where each guest can park their car.

Other things to note
The home has a great backyard where you can enjoy yard games or relax around the firepit. The electric fireplace really sets the mood in the living room, but it does not conduct heat. The central air unit will take care of heating and cooling the home. On the 2nd floor, you will find an in-wall dual temperature unit for supplemental heating and cooling.

Charming home!
This beautifully restored home is conveniently located close to everything in Chattanooga. While it is a neighborhood of older homes, some restored, some not, it felt very, very safe and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Plenty of room for 7 people. House was clean and easy to get to. The host was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions. Could use some new cookware but we enjoyed our stay overall.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location had good proximity to everything we wanted to do. The house has a ton of character but also was renovated for comfort. John was great with communication, and was quick to arrange for a technician to get out when there was a (minor) maintenance issue.

We thoroughly enjoyed this house for our girls weekend! The home was very clean and homey. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Location was great and we loved the chalkboard of recommended places to visit! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautifully remodeled home for 1919. Cute and nicely equipped. This home was close to everything - especially the river front downtown. We were in town for the Chattanooga Ironman 70.3 and the drive was minutes away!

Almost perfect
Everything wonderful. Problem with the upstairs air conditioner. Cools the hall but has no direct connection to the two upper bedrooms unless you leave both bedroom fires open. If a mini split was in each room instead the problem would be solved. I would stay there again if this was resolved. It would cut down on the electric bill and give comfort to the two bedrooms. We left our doors open but did not like that we had to do that. They fixed the mini split to cool immediately but the real problem needs to be fixed. Yes it will cost some $$$ but would be worth it to the guests. I hope the owners will consider doing this as everything else was perfect. Summer is coming...

Chattanooga Visit
I brought my parents and three grandkids 8 - 17 for a short vacation to visit Lookout mountain and the Tennessee Aquarium. John's place was very comfortable, well stocked and the location was great for everywhere we wanted to go. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again!

I didn’t sleep for two nights. The house is very close to a busy road. The house is nice, but we had to rewash the towels and part of the pillow cases as they smelled of cigarettes. I fell twice during my stay due to rugs on poorly finished floors. There were other problems. I would not stay here again.

We found this house to be very charming! It was super clean and full of extras. Our host was very attentive, reaching out to us several times to make sure we were comfortable and offering suggestions of places to eat etc. We definitely recommend this place!

Great Multi-Family Home
My friends and I booked this house to celebrate my birthday and it was the perfect setup for us! We all had our own privacy, but also plenty of space to be together, as well! The house is decorated beautifully and comfortably and is definitely one of a kind! The host is super friendly, responsive, and accommodating. The next time we take a trip to Chattanooga as a group, we will definitely be looking to rebook here!

Not as it should be
I can't give our stay at this home high marks due to the lack of air conditioning for the second floor bedrooms for the first 3 days of our stay. The photos of the outside seating areas are also inaccurate. The inside renovation of this older home is very charming and creative. We were centrally located to all of our activities in the city - especially walking along the Tennessee River and going downtown.

5 stars! Great property!
Tennis team traveled to Chattanooga for tournament (1 adult, 4 teenagers in our group). This property was perfect with plenty of space to spread out. Very impressed with cleanliness of the property which is an older but newly renovated home. Loved being able to do laundry for the team. Everyone had their own beds and mattresses were comfortable. Two living spaces allowed big teenage boys to gather and have fun. I am not familiar with all neighborhoods in Chattanooga and this one was certainly not upscale but seemed plenty safe. A little road noise at night but even on the weekend was mostly quiet by 11pm. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!
