Our home is in a great city centre location - close to the restaurant quarter on Pepper Street, a 5 minute walk to all the shops on The Rows & 15 minutes from the racecourse. With 1 king and 1 double bedroom, a lovely open plan downstairs with exposed beams, an enclosed rear yard with seating & secure gated parking for 1 car to the rear of the property, book now to secure this fantastic pet friendly property.

Welcome to our beautifully decorated 2 bedroom terraced townhouse, centrally located in Chester off Lower Bridge Street. Stylish and cosy, this is a superb property for your Chester stay.

On the ground floor there is a large beautifully decorated open plan living area with comfortable sofas, a dining table and a galley kitchen with all amenities including a fabulous range cooker. There is also a convenient downstairs w/c. You can also enjoy some al fresco dining or drinks in the enclosed rear courtyard complete with seating and table.

Upstairs there is a lovely master bedroom with a king-sized bed and built in wardrobe, an en-suite with shower. There is a further good sized second bedroom with a double bed, which also has an en-suite with Japanese bath and overhead shower.

Whether you're planning a romantic getaway or a family vacation, this property is the ideal choice for you. With its close proximity to Chester city centre and its array of shops, restaurants, and attractions, this property provides you with the perfect base to explore all that this beautiful city has to offer.

There is secure gated parking for one car on site to the rear and if you have an additional car there is parking at the Chester Crown Court Car Park a short walk away which is around £5 for a 24 hour period. The property is located within easy walking distance of all the popular shopping areas in Chester and many fantastic restaurants and coffee shops on Lower Bridge Street.

I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally.

PLEASE NOTE that as this is a city centre location, there is various building work being carried out in the area. Notably, the property next door is being renovated and at times there can be noise from workmen between the hours of 8.30 am and 4.30pm Monday to Saturday.

Please note that the property has a Smart TV with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live tv through both the BBC and the ITV app for example.

Chester is a picturesque city in northwest England, renowned for its historical landmarks, shopping and dining scene, beautiful scenery and family friendly activities. With an array of options to suit all tastes, visitors can explore the Roman walls, medieval cathedral, designer outlets and Michelin-starred restaurants. Families can enjoy award-winning attractions such as Chester Zoo and Grosvenor Museum, while nature enthusiasts can take scenic walks along the River Dee or through the city's many parks and gardens.

This property is located just off Lower Bridge Street - you can easily walk to the River Front for a beautiful stroll or just as easily head into the town centre which is bustling with activity. There are independent coffee shops a short walk away, as is the Restaurant Quarter. It is also a five minute walk to The Rows. Consider booking this lovely property for your Chester stay.

In central Chester everything is within walking distance, however Chester has very good bus routes and taxi services if needed.
Rail and road travel is also easily accessible here, with great train services to Liverpool, Manchester & further afield.
If you are bringing your car there is easy access to main motorways and also good routes to North Wales, Liverpool & Manchester.

We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.

Great location but could have been cleaner. There were crisps on the couch, trash behind the bedside table, and cobwebs in the bedroom. There were ants in the kitchen. Check in process was easy and the host sent a useful satellite picture to explain parking.
