Nice stay in the suburbs
This nicely updated house is located in a quiet neighborhood. It has everything you will need. The backyard was nice as we were traveling with our two dogs for an event in town. The only issue was the master bath. The shower was excellent, but the overall space was so small that you could not really get to the toilet. It is wedged into the corner with the sink right in front of it! The hall bath is fine and we just used that one. Communication with the owner was ok. We had to pay as a separate transaction the pet fee. I don't remember doing that before. She also wanted us to verify that it was only 2 people. Even though the house sleeps 6. Not sure if she would have wanted more money for more people? So be aware of that. pet fee. I can't remember doing that before

The property was nicely furnished and had all of the basic necessities. It was clean and smelled fresh. There was a welcome sign on the kitchen island but not very many details/rules so we weren't sure where to leave the used linens upon .Overall, the house was very nice.departure.

Comfortable and Convenient
We had a great stay at the property while our house was being remodeled. Excellent property manager with great communication. Definitely would stay again if needed. The house is perfect for a family and it has a large yard which came in handy for our dog. Nice quiet neighborhood too.

The house is updated and had coffee, cream and sugar waiting for us. The host was very attentive to any of our concerns. Comfortable, cool and complete with everything we needed for our stay. My only concern was the king mattress was uncomfortable.

A great family place in Schaumburg
We had a great stay at this house when visiting family (with our family) in the area. As advertised there are three spacious bedrooms (including plenty of space to set up the infant crib in any room). The kitchen was well stocked with plates, lots of glasses, and plenty of things to cook what ever you would like. Also, the couch in the living room has plenty of space for everyone to lounge on the couch. The shower in the master bathroom is incredible and has body jets too. However, the toilet in the master bathroom is in a tight space so if you have long legs you will prefer the hallway toilet. Also, each room has a good sized closet but no shelf space to put away clothes or put your suitcase off the floor. Of course every place has its nits, but overall it was great and when we could not locate the travel crib, the owner was very responsive and help us out within minutes! We would highly recommend this place and may stay again when we are back in town.

DO NOT RECOMMEND BECAUSE OF THE HOST!
The property and location was perfect. The host damn near stalks you the whole visit. She watches the cameras who enters. I had told her 2 people would be sleeping over and i was able to have 6 guest there total. Once she saw more than 2 entered ( i was allowed to have 6 guests so I don't know why she even contacted me i told her 2 guests would SLEEP OVER, i can have up to 6) she was already messaging me telling me she's uncomfortable if i go over the 6 guests i told her i wasn't. Then I had to leave the property to bring in the new year elsewhere, because she was literally watching the cameras the whole time i felt stalked and harrassed When we came back to the home the pin wasn't working to enter the home , mind you when we checked in there was no issues with entering or the pin, i truly believe she changed it so i can contact her to wake up so she can continue to watch us She also saw my bf who is african american then decided to mention smoking policy, mind you prior to that no smoking was discussed which was fine because I already knew there was no smoking and i had no intentions of smoking outside, let alone inside. My family and i were locked out at 2 am for an hour. I was never given her number or anything until i called VRBO. It was freezing outside . She claims she never changed the pin but then unlocked it for us. I reached out to her next day for 50% refund, she responded didn't mention my refund and ignored me after that. DO NOT RECOMMEND BECAUSE OF HOST!

Like new home in convenient Schaumburg
This property has a like new feel to it as all the updates, in finishes to furnishings are fresh and lovely. Our family get together was well served by the space, the kitchen, and the laundry. Plenty of room for 4 adults, off street parking for two cars, and a big yard for the small dog! The residential area it is in is well maintained and feels quite safe. There are two parks accessible by foot. The location is convenient to all areas we needed to go to, and the price was much better than closer in the city. We had tripped a circuit and the manager came within the half hour to fix it.
