A short hike from the front door and you have access to miles of maintained paths including Brickyard historic site, a brick factory that powered the construction of New Bedford and Boston. Alternatively, take a 10-minute walk and you can enjoy private Brickyard beach adjoining the historic site. Upon arrival, the woods open up to a contemporary home with a clean expansive lawn on the hillsides of Chilmark. Inside, you will find all the historic charm the Cape and Islands are known for. The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
