The Space:

Each cabin has:
• 1 bedroom with a full size bed, except cabin it 3 has 2 twin beds
• 1 full bathroom - with stand up shower
•Fully equipped kitchen
• Living area with futon, recliner chair, and Smart TV w/Roku
• WIFI
• MiniSplit system for heat and air
•Keyless entry
• Ring doorbell on outside of door.

Guest Access:
To complete your booking process and get your Guest Access information you will be connected with Enso Connect Guest Experience app. Once you have completed your verification process you will receive your Enso "Boarding Pass" with your Guest Access information.
The Enso Connect guest verification process will require:
* Signing of rental agreement
* ID and selfie uploads

Guests will enjoy exclusive access to 7 private cottages at Chippewa Lake. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include kayak rentals (Available May 10-Nov 1, subject to availability), a shared fire pit, Gazebo area with indoor/outdoor seating, and a sandy 80 foot waterfront with 2 docks. Please note, the shared amenities are also shared with the house.

Chippewa Lake is best navigated by car, offering the flexibility to explore the surrounding areas. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are available but limited. For public transportation, nearby Big Rapids provides bus services connecting to larger cities. Enjoy easy access to local attractions with convenient parking at the property.

Other Things to Note:
• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your total cost as it covers more than just minor wear and tear. For reservations longer than 30 nights, a refundable security deposit will also be required. Please note that this does not apply to Airbnb reservations.
• For extension special offers, please reach out to us. Weekly and monthly discounts will be applied automatically when you select your dates:
• 10% off a 7-day stay or more
• 20% off a 30-day stay or more
• Enjoy a complimentary starter kit of guest supplies, including coffee, dish soap, trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper.
• For cancellations, please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund, a 4% credit card processing fee will be deducted. This policy does not apply to Airbnb reservations.
• Pet Policy: This is a pet-friendly room! Please keep the following things in mind, Pet fees apply: $20 per night, $100 per week, or $250 per month. Pets must be potty-trained dogs. We prefer dogs under 50 lbs but can be flexible, reach out to us for exceptions. Please clean up after your pet indoors and outdoors (hair, waste, etc.). Keep your dog on a leash in common areas, some guests may not love pets as much as we do! Violating these rules may result in eviction without a refund.
