You will be at the center of all the action Newport’s business district and the surrounding areas have to offer in this charming 2-bedroom apartment, perfect for a couple’s retreat or an outing with friends.

The Space:
Right across the river from Cincinnati, the city of Newport is a destination in its own right, with bustling streets and plentiful nearby attractions. When you’re not out and about exploring the many local shops and restaurants, this 3rd floor apartment is ideal space to call home with a bright and open living space welcoming you as soon as you step through the front door. But perhaps one of its best features, this apartment is located right on top of the 927 Reserve Bourbon and Cocktail Bar, positioning you just steps away from happy hour or a night cap.

Inside the home, warm wood-inspired finishes blend one room to another, where you’ll find plenty of moments for relaxation and conversation in the cozy seating spaces. A well-equipped kitchen provides standard appliances and cookware for the option to dine in, with a chic high-top dining table for 2. Either bedroom serves as an option for lounging while watching a movie or your favorite shows, with each featuring its own smart TV.

Bedroom #1 provides amazing views of the city and features a queen size bed and armchair.

Rough around edges
Overall, pretty dirty and in need of a deep clean (dust everywhere, dirt caked on windows, vents clogged with dust and junk, dirty dishes). Also pretty rough around edges with windows that won’t close all the way, broken blinds, hodgepodge window coverings (that were shoved into the open parts that wouldn’t close), broken towel hangers. Didn’t make for a comfortable stay. We also didn’t have a parking spot because of utility vehicles, which wouldn’t have been an issue because there’s plenty of street parking; however, street parking wasn’t allowed when we stayed because of a parade the next day. So we had to park a bit far away. We didn’t get an immediate response when we asked the owners if the utility vehicle could move so we could have our spot. I would say if a deep clean happens, consistent cleans thereafter, some fresh paint, fixing all that’s broken, and reliable parking guaranteed, this could be a decent place.

Reds Games
My son and I stayed here so we could attend two Reds games. It’s about a 30 min walk but we felt safe and it is all sidewalk. There are plenty of options along the way to stop and eat. The property itself had all that we needed. The street noise on weekday morning is a little loud but not a reason to not stay. Street parking was free on side of the road without meters and we had no problem getting a spot. Check in was a breeze.

Cute rental & great location
We love the location as it was an easy and beautiful walk to the Reds Stadium. Also cute area with shopping , good diner, farmers market, whiskey bar, record store, etc. We’d highly recommend it !

Each bedroom furnished w own tv but common area no tv. Air temperature control circulation was tough as well, one room froze, the other was warmer. Internet was out for about a day so no tv either. Steep stairs.

Great location but broken blinds in bedroom
Location is great can walk to most places in town! However the blinds were broken in the bedroom and the other bedroom had paper blinds so the sunlight will come in and wake you up. The 2nd bedroom also has no privacy and it has a glass wall to the kitchen just fyi. We were two couples that stayed in the house so that was a bite awkward
