A fun time by all
We had 14 in our family group. We were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary together as a family. The home allowed us plenty of space together. The kitchen was well stocked so we could make delicious meals. The surrounding area was a great playground for hiking, tennis, swimming at Lake Easton and mountain biking. We so enjoyed the use of this great property.

House had a variety of bedroom situations. Great for several families staying together. Kitchen very well maintained. Game room was a huge hit for the kids. Did have trouble with Internet/wifi connections as it would come and go. The hot tub was great but it was hard to walk to in the dark. We may have missed the light switches for outside. Definitely would stay there again.

Lovely home on the golf course had plenty of space for all 18 of us to sleep. Family dinners were fun with plenty of seating and plenty of dishes and cookware. The hot tub and game room were especially enjoyed. The location was ideal. The wasps were pesky and the oven seemed to not heat at the desired temperature. But we overcame and had a great time.

Tipple Hill Retreat is a well-maintained, spacious, beautiful home that well accommodated our family of 18. Two master suites include a twin bunk bed for kids, and there is an additional spacious bunkroom that sleeps six. Everything was in working order, and we really enjoyed the game room and the gas fireplace. The dining space includes two separate tables, which worked great for us. The kitchen is spacious and well-equipped. We did all our own cooking with ease.

Home was as advertised and was a wonderful gathering for our group. The bunk rooms and game room set this apart from other option as worked for us perfectly. The couple of small items are all the door hinges need oil and the yard/weeds screams rental property. We would recommend the home for any family groups. The property was located perfectly to the parks and trails. The kitchen was well appointed with enough dinnerware and glass ware, cooking utensils and kitchen appliances for a large group. They had a small fridge in the game room which was a life saver since one fridge for 15 people isn’t enough. Bring paper towels and extra toilet paper since they don’t supply it. Overall the stay was very comfortable!

Great location for quick getaway
We stayed three nights at the property and it provided a great home base for a relaxing vacation. There's plenty of space in the living room/kitchen for a larger gathering and ample activities at the house to keep everyone entertained. The hosts were extremely responsive and easy to work with. Quick drive from Seattle, I would definitely recommend booking a stay!

We just had a fabulous weekend here at this property. The house is very clean and beautifully furnished. It was perfect for our group of 2 families. Overall a great experience
Our family really enjoyed it. TV needs a sound bar, otherwise it’s impossible to watch anything with with people walking around as it’s very quiet. It would also be helpful to have a floor mop to sweep dust and dirt during stay. Ping pong table racquets were broken, need updating. Master bedroom bed is very squeaky. Few other minor maintenance stuff need attention. Otherwise a great home for vacation
