Ruined my whole birthday
The most unprofessional people I dealt with in a long time I couldn’t believe I was experiencing such devastating moment in my life , the unit would not unlock check in was at 4pm I sat outside until 8pm waiting for somebody to let me in , they stopped answering the phone & communicating I missed my birthday evernt & a concert I payed hundreds for

Disappointing
There were many deficiencies including living room seating for 2 or three only, broken appliances lack of towels and toiletries no tourist brochures, some food left in one of the cupboards code to the door did not work upon arrival, With all this said we did have regular contact with the management it just took to long for some of the items to be looked after. After many emails they did refund 1 of the 2 days we were there. The location is great for walking to downtown through the day time hours. The Green Goat Cafe attached was very good and highly recommended.

False listing
Online information was not accurate. It takes double the minutes to get to the Cleveland Clinic. Parking for the rental is basically 2 blocks from the property unless you want to pay for street parking. There were live roaches in the unit. There were very few plates, cups and bowls so don’t come with more than 3 friends/family. The management company was very rude and unhelpful with any questions or concerns. Directions to the parking were incorrect and the management group was unable to help after numerous calls. Was told there was no code for the unit door in the email sent by the management group which was incorrect. Again after numerous calls and numerous numbers to try on the door we finally got in the unit. Asked numerous times for a receipt for the rental and have still received nothing. Overall, this experience was terrible, frustrating and would never recommend this unit to anyone.

Cleveland Loft
It is a really nice oft and very spacious. Beds were comfortable. Glad to have gated parking. There was some confusion with the company who handles the payment process in that they called to cancel the day of, then called to say never mind you’re okay. I did have good response from the owner via Vrbo, but received check in information very last minute that made me nervous. Check in was a breeze. Regarding the place, it was very minimal in furniture as it shows in the picture. Four adults could not relax in the living room on the one couch, which was very uncomfortable. Finally, the place appeared clean but I noticed hair in the corners of the bathroom and fingerprints all over the fridge.
