Tower City Center Garage Rates (Please note that prices may vary):
Up to 1 hour: $6
1 to 4 hours: $10
Over 4 hours: $16 (daily maximum)

Time resets after 4am.
If parking continues, a new daily rate will apply, up to another $16.

GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED

To uphold legal requirements and property security standards, we kindly ask all guests to undergo verification prior to their stay. This may include providing a copy of your official government-issued photo ID and confirming your contact information with the security team on-site. Please note that this information is solely used for screening and verification purposes and is not stored or utilized for any other reasons.

By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following terms:

« Abiding by our house rules, with associated fees for any breaches.
« Acknowledging the requirement to provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.
« Understanding that check-in instructions may be withheld until successful completion of verification.
« All guests are subject to verification checks and are requested to provide necessary information within 24 hours of booking.
« For same-day bookings, information must be provided within 1 hour of booking.
« We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not meet our verification criteria.

Please note that all guest names must be provided prior to arrival, and the guest name must match the ID provided during booking. Failure to match names could result in not being allowed into the property, and the reservation may be canceled with no refund.


ADDITIONAL NOTES

For security purposes, surveillance cameras are installed in the hallways, while a Minut device monitors noise levels within the unit.

PET POLICY

Pets are welcome, subject to size restrictions with a limit of 25lbs. Please inform us in advance and be transparent about bringing a pet to avoid cancellation. Additional fees PER PET apply for bringing a pet, separate from cleaning fees, as follows:

1-4 Nights: $25 Per Night Per Pet
5-29 Nights: $200
30+ Nights: $300

Please note a maximum of 2 pets are allowed, limited to cats and dogs. Any undisclosed pets will incur doubled fees.

FEES AND PAYMENTS

In addition to your initial reservation costs, all fees for extra services, accommodation charges, and any other payments made during your stay are strictly non-refundable.
HOUSE RULES

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Superhog. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Superhog will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

1. Check-In/Out: Adhere to check-in and check-out times. Request early check-in or late check-out in advance.

Note: Prepaid services are non-refundable, unless we can't provide them due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds for guest-initiated changes.

2. No Smoking/Vaping: Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside. Use designated areas outside if available.

3. Guests: Only registered guests allowed overnight. Notify if you plan to have visitors.

4. Quiet Hours: Observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am.

5. Pets: Pets are allowed with a maximum weight limit of 25 lbs. Please check the listing house rules for details on fees and restrictions. If pets are found on the premises without prior approval, this Agreement and any Security Deposit shall be forfeited, and the fees will double.

6. Events/Parties: No parties/events without prior approval.

7. Safety: Don't tamper with the noise monitor, smoke detectors, or any safety equipment.

8. Furniture & Appliances: Don't rearrange furniture. Turn off appliances when not in use.

9. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness. Clean dishes and dispose of trash in designated bins.

10. Respect Neighbors: Avoid loud noises and don't trespass on neighboring properties.

11. Parking: Use designated spaces. Don't block driveways or use reserved spots.

12. Amenities: If using shared amenities (like a pool or gym), follow community rules.

13. Security: Lock all doors and windows when leaving.

14. Damage: Report damages or malfunctions. You may be responsible for unreported damages.

15. Trash: Don't leave trash outside the door. Use designated bins or chutes.

16. Personal Items: Take all personal items upon check-out. We're not responsible for items left behind.

17. Communication: Contact us with any questions or concerns. Guests are required to promptly report any issues or concerns to the host during their stay. Failure to notify us immediately may limit our ability to effectively address these issues promptly and could impact the resolution process, including eligibility for refunds or adjustments post-departure. This policy is strictly enforced. Non-compliance may lead to consequences such as reports of inaccurate reviewing, or restrictions on future bookings. We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our reviews and expect all guests to adhere to this rule without exception.

Communication with management was good, property as described, security getting into the building was good. Only issue would be it could be cleaned better. The walls in the kitchen and bathroom has splatter and residue on them, and the utility closet had large amount of dust and debris. Otherwise the rest was clean and comfortable and served our group well for our downtown Cleveland visit.

Beautiful Building in walking distance to Rock and Roll Hall of Fame
The building is beautiful and you can easily walk to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. As in every city the Downtown does have a homeless population that likes to congregate

Great Place in a Great Location!!
We truly enjoyed everything about this location! The unit was just as exceptional!! Clean, well kept and modern, everything was nice. This is a gem for a short weekend stay. You can walk to nearby restaurants, sports venues and enjoy the casino downstairs or music around the corner. We definitely look forward to being back!!

We wanted a place walking distance to ball games, great food and our convention and contest and this place was perfect. We took the train to and from the airport and never had to use a car unless a friend picked us up for something. Growing up in nearby Lakewood I really enjoyed staying here at Tower Coty in downtown Cleveland.
