Beautiful beach front property and convenient beach access. Property has everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation. Great location and close proximity to cruise port. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

Drove up to Cocoa Beach for the weekend to visit family that were vacationing. Condo was very clean and spacious enough for our family of 4. Pool was great and the short walk to the beach was amazing. Would stay again.

We stayed for two days and the host was easy to reach and accommodating. The condo was wonderful and clean. We had access to beach items which provided a great experience. The locaton was perfect for us. The pool was lovely as well.The entire complex felt safe and inviting. We plan to return.

The location was perfect with direct beach access and short walk to several restaurants. The condo was great and perfect for our quick family trip, wish we could've stayed longer! We have to agree with other reviews that the master bed is loud and not the most comfortable, twin beds were comfy for the kids!

Safe Family Vacation at a Great Location!!
I have a child with autism & reviews are very valuable to me, so I will do my best to be accurate with the details of my stay. We have stayed at Spanish Main two times before. As always this year was no different. We had a lovely, relaxing vacation. The reason we continue to return to Spanish Main is because the rules of the property grounds are well enforced. We had a small issue with children not following the rules. We contacted the rental company using the numbers listed on the information provided in the condo. They were extremely responsive & the rules were enforced so that all families could enjoy the common area. If you are looking for a luxury unit, this is not it. However, it is a great condo for a family! The unit was overall clean. The Master bath does need a refresh, especially in the shower. The bed in the master bedroom is also not the best. The frame makes a lot of noise & overall the bed is not the most comfortable. The washer and dryer were a little loud, but ran efficiently. Other than those few things this unit is well maintained! The unit was well stocked and had all that we needed to enjoy a week at the beach! The second room did not have cable/or streaming services, but a DVD player was provided and was perfect for my kids! There were lots of toys, towels, chairs, and an umbrella provided. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and utensils. The condo is on the ground near the pool & has a view of the ocean. I think the location is perfect!

Relaxing time we needed.
We needed this respite! Walked to the beach several times daily - coming in and out of the heat, enjoying the protected pool when we needed calmer waters. Property and unit all as advertised. Communication at every step was clear and timely. We’d love to return!

Great Stay!
Unit was as described and the Spanish Main property is great. Great location, great pool, and great beach access. Only negative I would mention is that the untos floors were really dirty. I would suggest at least spending 15 or 20 minutes running a swiffer or similar around the unit at the end of cleaning. Our feet were black in the first 5 or 10 minutes of getting to the unit and getting settled in. Otherwise really no other negatives.

This condo was in a great location. Nice short walk to beach. Centrally located to stores and not far from Orlando. Plus lots of things to do, swim, fish and walk. Our door lock was broken all week. So the door did not lock unless we locked it from the inside. The second bedroom TV has no access to stream TV. Which is manageable but definitely take note if your kiddos like to watch a movie at night.
