The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like chic marble flooring, playful galactic decor, and brand new furniture and appliances including a dishwasher. 400 South is a newly-renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to ocean - think daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from your front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around!

Getting Around:
Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance!

Other Things to Note:
In the midst of COVID-19, we are aware of many changes of routines as well as local regulations. We are taking even further precautions than usual in ensuring this home is thoroughly cleaned and properly sanitized.
