Sandcastles Unit # 413 est fièrement la propriété de «Stay In Cocoa Beach», le plus grand propriétaire de locations de vacances haut de gamme en bord de mer sur la Space Coast!

L'unité 413 est un appartement propre et spacieux (1 300 pc - le plus grand condo de 2 chambres de la région) au 4ème étage directement sur la plage avec une belle vue sur l'océan et la plage orientée plein sud! Ce magnifique condo a été récemment rénové et dispose de nombreuses excellentes unités et équipements complexes. Que vous vous évadiez pour vous détendre ou que vous cherchiez du plaisir pour toute la famille, ce condo dépassera vos attentes!

Pour votre divertissement, le condo est équipé d'une unité Wi-Fi et de 3 grandes télévisions pour que vous n'ayez pas à manquer le gros gibier! Vous n'avez également pas besoin de dîner tous les soirs car le condo a une cuisine entièrement équipée qui vous fera vous sentir chez vous - les repas et les cafés du matin peuvent être dégustés avec vue sur l'océan sur votre balcon spacieux. Pour votre commodité, ce condo a une buanderie avec un W&D pleine grandeur et est rempli d'accessoires de plage!

Le condo peut accueillir confortablement 6 personnes (roi en maître, 2 lits jumeaux en invité et un canapé-lit queen), toutes avec des draps de haute qualité / nombre de fils et oreillers et serviettes frais.

Great Condo
This was a very nice condo. While it is an older building, the kitchen and bathrooms in this unit were newly redone. Also easy access to a beautiful beach.

Lovely place with the best location right on the beach. It was very clean and had everything needed to cook a delicious meal. We made good use of the beach chairs, cooler and umbrella daily. Will definitely stay here again!

Condo Is NOT NEW as Listing States
I was very disappointed to arrive at a nearly 40 year old property. The pictures are quite deceiving. While the kitchen has been updated as well as the bathrooms the overall feel of the unit is old. The dining and living room furniture are older and the cushions on the couches are not comfortable. The tile floors left your feet or socks very dirty after walking around a while. They were many nice touches such as toiletries in the bathrooms, laundry and dishwashing soaps available as well as trash bags. Beach chairs and umbrellas along with a cooler were also nice. The complex was very well kept and the location on the beach was great. I think the unit has great potential but a few details need to be addressed and the misleading listing needs to be changed.

Perfect apartment in all aspects except for the mattress in the master suite which is very soft regardless of your weight you will sink and wake up with back pain not to mention that you will have to move all night but besides that everything was very great.

We loved our stay and we had all the accommodations we needed we loved being on the beach and having chairs and being able to use them without having to drag them with us. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable and we felt at home and we will stay here again when we come back. Thank you for a wonderful stress free vacation. great .location
clean, great location. Love the quality umbrella, beach chairs and bogey boards. The condo was well stocked. we only had one key for the gate to the beach. I never thought to request another one. Zarek responded immediately but I was checking out at the time. Don't be afraid to ask. I had a bit of difficulty checking in, I missed that we needed to add a symbol after the coded. It was after a long day of travel and the area was dark. Thankfully, other visitors helped us.

Unit was roomy and comfortable. Not a lot of "junk" around. Lots of space for things. HUGE closet in master. Close to lots of things. I felt unit was clean and it was nice to have supplies to sweep during our stay and do a few loads of laundry. Would stay here again.

Sandcastles Condo at Cocoa Beach
We had a great time staying in this unit for our spring break vacation. The unit was stocked with many useful things we needed - laundry detergent, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, coffee filters, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels came in handy, also. The view of the ocean from this unit was better than what we expected and it was an easy walk onto the beach. Pool and hot tub were great also. Owner was very helpful with questions we had and was quick to reply back to us. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was not quite as nice as expected. A lot of repairs being made to the complex. However, the unit was not bad. The twin bed mattresses need to be replaced. The registration did not state weight requirements for pets until after finalizing registration.

Large, Comfortable, would stay again. This was a late booking as we had been due to be in Cape Coral, but Hurricane Ian prevented that. We had some form of email problem but Zareh sorted this for us, he was extremely helpful. First time in Cocoa Beach, will be back, generally low rise, great beach, Publix close by, we saw 3 rocket launches whilst we were there. Would go back tomorrow!!

It was awful without electricity, and it took up tthree days of my vacation, no cooking, no tv, no elevator, no lights, it was not pleasant. I know it was not your fault, but I still spent a lot of money to sit in the dark, I couldn’t even go out on the balcony for releief.

Great condo and location!
This was our first time in Cocoa Beach. We were VERY pleased with this condo. It was very clean and tidy and larger than expected. (I am a germophobe and typically bring or purchase my own cleaning products when I stay places, and I didn’t need to this time.). The location cannot be beat….steps from the beach. We also spent a ton of time at the pool. It was very warm and clean. There are many stores and restaurants very close by if you want to have some food at the condo but also go out to eat too. My only minor suggestion would be to have a few more beach towels. There were only 3, and between my husband, myself, and two toddlers we were washing them often. However, it was also so nice to have a washer/dryer in unit so we could pack light. They also provided a huge container of laundry detergent. The condo was easy to enter into and we didn’t have any issues with the keyless entry. Communication was great…..we had no issues but the guest services manager provided us his email and phone number in advance so he would be easily reachable. We will definitely be back again….we are trying to swing another trip back in December!

A couple of things that were so much better than other places we've stayed: abundant parking, and keyless entry to condo made for very easy check-in and check-out. Nice location and amenities. We would definitely stay again!

Great place- great vacation
Very easy check in process as information is emailed how to get through elevators and use keypad to get into unit. Everything was set and ready for our arrival very clean. Kitchen was stocked adequately with dishes and cooking utensils/pots etc More washcloths would have been helpful. Appreciate the trash bags, and extra paper towel roll. Recycling bins located near exit- easy trash chutes for removal of trash. Memory foam bed (Master) was so comfortable- Pool was warm, Property is clean. The short walk to the beach was wonderful, the beach was wonderful- BIG waves- wonderful vacation. Go to Coconuts on the Beach & Tiny Turtle.
